I don’t know what happened with this place but they used to have the best kolaches , now they’re doughy and not cooked very well, the last three purchases I had to put them in the oven when I got them home to finish cooking them cuz they’re mushy undercooked dough which is kind of gross! I thought I would give a third try but I think this is going to be it for me? darn and I used to look forward to my Sunday kolaches.. okay I’m adding to my comment I am thoroughly disgusted and disappointed, after getting these home cooking them and opening them up! I discovered that it’s a meatball not a burger and if you think it’s going to look like that picture up on the wall you’re going to be disappointed, there’s like very little filling in these kolaches now it’s nothing but bread. I definitely discourage the purchase of the cheeseburger because it is disgusting, I threw it away it was soggy and the bread was like no way where you’re going to be able to get it cooked enough to make it platible I guess nobody does taste testing or checks quality anymore

This place is AMAZING! It doesn’t matter if you are in the mood for sweet or savory. Kolache Factory has you covered. My current favorite is the Ranchero Kolache. I love it for it’s tanginess and the slightest amount of “heat.” They are even great as left-overs. And if you shop at HEB, keep an eye out for coupons. They come in handy when family comes to visit. Best part about this place? The staff is wonderfully friendly too!

This is the second time I have been to Kolache Factory in the last 3 weeks. My Grandkids enjoy their Kolaches. Found a couple of the kolaches were not all the way cooked, very doughy on the bottom. Had to put them in the oven to complete the cooking process. A little disappointed but all ended well. Service was good. Since I had bought a mix of kolaches the lady marked my box top with what I had bought which was helpful. We will be back again.

If you like kolaches, you’ll love this place. Lots of options. I tried the pizza kolache, Texas hot, and sausage and cheese. All were very flavorful. Texas hot was spicey, but not too much for my spicy-sensitive friend. My only complaint is that the kolaches sit for a while, so they had to reheat them when I ordered. I do wonder when the kolaches come out fresh.
