Ordered off of grub hub, he told us the staff told him he was at the wrong place so he left and went back once he realized that was the right place. They didn’t give us our drinks despite it being on the receipt THEY TAPED to the bag! He even asked if that was everything and they said “yeah” and gave it to him anyways! The bacon was super undercooked, stretchy, and tasted like rubber. We asked for grilled onions and received mostly sautéed ones, but we were lucky enough to even receive raw ones too!! Burger was beyond greasy and was small for how much it costed. Paid for extra sauce on the side, didn’t receive that either. Will not be coming back, tasted and looked like someone made it from their backyard.

I drive 30 miles one way for my burger fix at this hidden gem in Panorama City. Best burger I’ve had in a long time. Perfect crust on the smash and really fresh, high-quality ingredients. Great prices and service, too. Highly recommend!

Located in an unassuming LA Chef’s Kitchen food court building, this underrated joint creates the perfect smash burger, onion rings, and salads using fresh ingredients and careful prep/presentation. Added the arugula strawberry that bursts with a plethora of flavors–even better than some of the high end Downtown pricey restaurants. Reasonable prices, quality ingredients and freshness you can taste i.e., a single smash with one side (fries, onion rings, arugula salad, tater tots, fruit, or sweet potato fries) only $11! Stop by and support small local business when your in the area. They serve all day breakfasts as well.

got a spicy chorizo burrito. it’s not spicy at all. burrito had a weird after taste. barley took 3 bites cuz the taste was too podent. i try calling the number but that doesn’t work. so now im out $15 and left hungry.

***BEWARE***This location was falsely advertising on Ubereats and posing as a chain restaurant called “egg drop” using the fake photos all for profit. Sketchy and misleading!!! Food arrived looking nothing like what was advertised and without the posed restaurant logo. Avocado was served rotten and sandwiches we ordered were cheaply made and rancid. DISHONEST SCAMMERS. Do not support.

Recommend the chilaquiles and the chicken and waffles. Smashburger was alright. All portions are well-sized and taste great!
