Normally my grandkids love the food here. But today the food wasn’t very good as noted by my grandkids and other customers. I observed numerous customers who were not happy. One customer asked for the tables to be cleaned. Another customer asked for their entire order to be replaced with something else. This was not a good visit for me and I wasn’t impressed with the food dining here. Grandkids love Chinese food and say the food is normally very good here. They were not impressed with the restaurant food today either.

Ordered through Uber eats. When food arrived had no labels or tickets to indicate what was ordered. Crab Rangoon had no filling basically just fried crust and to top it off ordered sauce paid all this extra money just to NOT get the sauce. Very disappointed won’t be going back for a while and definitely won’t recommend.

Was in town for a business trip and our company ordered lunch from here. I had the Lo Mein Noodles and Fried Rice with vegetables. Those were very huge portions. Both sides tasted really good, even the next day!

Hit or miss, it’s been. I don’t like that they smash a separate order of fried rice in with the same meal as the 2 meats and a side. For example: I ordered an extra Chicken Fried Rice for 4 dollars. They put both (rice) portions in the same take out tray. The over full tray became soggy and got some rice everywhere opening it. Bourbon chicken needs work. It was rock hard and burnt in some places. I think their food is going down hill a bit. But seems like everywhere in New Bern has this problem for whatever reason. 3 stars because I know they can do better.

Terrible. Ordered ahead online and waited an hour after it said it would be ready. Long line with people getting upset and leaving. Finally got my food, then drove 30+ minutes home only to open one of my boxes and had nothing but rice. The 2 meats were missing! Very disappointed. Tried calling but no one answered. Love the fact that I paid full price for a meal to be basically missing all of it. Never again.

a coworker and I order from Jade Express regularly for lunch. We order through door dash and have it delivered. There is always a ton of food and it never disappoints.
The sesame chicken and orange chicken are great.
Their fried rice and spring rolls are the best, always cooked just right.
Their crab rangoons are mostly cream cheese, but they are AMAZING.

Can’t express the love i have for this restaurant! Food is really good, crab Rangoon is the best in town for sure, and they have lots of options to choose from. Highly recommend this place! After a few years of coming here, I finally tried their smoothies! I will say it is by far the best smoothie I have ever tasted! also, something I highly recommend!
