5 stars due to the customer service and the food actually tasting better than a 5/10. Folks in here are very hospitable. I ordered the chicken quesadilla and it wasn’t bad. 7/10 for the simplicity but made just right. The side salsa had a Smokey taste that I loved. In terms of non franchise airport food, not bad at all.

I don’t know why I didn’t read the reviews before going in here, I guess I just wanted a place to sit and work for an hour. I was starving so I got boneless wings which I thought would be a safe option for $18.99. Yes, a plate of Walmart frozen Nasty wings for $19 before tax and tip. Absolutely Ludicrous . Friends got very mid fried pickles and french fries. Cocktails were extremely overpriced of course. Can we stop doing this please? This is getting so ridiculous and stupid.

Stopped by due to a delayed flight. There was an advertisement for a seasonal drink “Chili Melon Margarita”. I added a photo of that advertisement, and what I received… Needless to say it was not the same. Wrong glass, not balanced taste, regular salt rim. I ordered the BLT – Many others have mentioned the price – I have regularly traveled (over 150 days a year) for the last 8 or so years and this is not an airport pricing issue. BLT for $17 that is nothing special, but did not tase bad with cool old oil fried fries. The service was horrible, although the one guy that was delivering food to tables (there was no taking orders because they only have online ordering) was trying his best to keep up. Had to ask for the water I ordered via the site, never got any extra napkins I asked for. Speaking of the requirement to order online, that seasonal drink I ordered was unavailable online, I had to track the guy down to ask and he said he had to put it in…. It was not mentioned anywhere that this was the case. Total bull for a water, BLT and non balanced cocktail = $52.75
Bottom line, Charles Barkley should not only be embarrassed but needs to send someone to do a surprise inspection and report the finding back to him so he can right the ship.

We were here a few weeks back and had a time here with Ebonie. She was very friendly and competent. Myself and Cuzin ordered drinks and food. It tasted great and the drink was perfect. I thought this place was actually pretty good for an airport restaurant, especially for one in such a small airport. Service was fast and friendly. I liked the online ordering and payment. It was very convenient. We had the pulled pork and chicken sandwich with tater tots and both were quite good. I would eat here again if I was in the airport,
What a difference a year makes. Service was absolutely horrible, just about the worst I have ever had and the food was just ok. It about took an act of Congress for my friend to get silverware as well as asking multiple people. The payment process was horrible. Would not come back here again

I’m not one to complain but dang . No one at the to go counter, the bartender was on point he killed it. Ordered a bama burger and a coke to go. It took 20 min to get my food with only 5 or 6 other people in the restaurant. This is why I chose to write this I found someone’s Skittles trash in my food and then pulled a hair out of my mouth when I finished. The food was good but obviously nasty.

I travel to Birmgham, Alabama, a couple.times a year, and when I have time to stop and eat at the airport, this is about the only spot. The food is okay, but the service is absolutely horrible. They do not yell you to seat yourself, order off the qr code, or even a hello. I was there for about 30 mons and didn’t g see t a refill on my drink. They brought my food and drink from the app order, but that was it. I felt like I was thanking the server when she came by out of desperation. Lol. I ordered the BLT to be safe with a Sprite, and it was good. If you come here just be prepared to get a lack of service.

Wow! Management needs to get on site and make some improvements. No one working the to go counter and I was told to go to the bar only to be ignored. Another customer told me to scan the QR code and order, but the app told me to see my server. The only server avoided any and all eye contact. I left and followed the other ignored customers down the hallway to BURGER KING and got a whopper in no time. FYI, Chik Filet isn’t far away either.
I get it, you may be short staffed, but I’ve never felt compelled to review someplace to help other weary travelers avoid a very irritating attempt to get a bite to eat.
