Really loving the cosy vibes of this space and the homely fare that it offers. There is a huge variety in the menu, and we’ve received such great service from the new owners in the times we’ve visited. Specially recommend the torimayo don, the aburi salmon roll, and the karaage chicken! The aburi salmon is melt-in-your-mouth kind of amazing and we were so impressed by it. Same for the torimayo don, the chicken was cooked perfectly. Our kids really loved the meals here too! We devoured our food so quickly that we only took a photo of the aburi salmon roll.

Food was fresh and yum. We in particular loved the sushi and sashimi boat(pre order needed), coating of karaage chicken was so thin and crispy which you can hardly get anywhere else, tofu was silky smooth with yummy sauce. Pork belly skewers were a hit too. And the beverages varieties’ amazing! Staff was polite and efficient.

The staff here makes all the fries themselves so it took a bit longer to get to the table, but the wait is definitely worthy for the quality. Great food, affordable price and friendly people.

Toriki is easily one of the best Japanese restaurants I’ve tried so far. The food is absolutely superb, with rich flavors and high-quality ingredients. The portion sizes are generous, and the prices are very reasonable, making it great value for money. One standout for me is their salad dressing sauce—it’s simply amazing and adds the perfect touch to their dishes. If you’re looking for top-notch Japanese food, Toriki is definitely worth a visit!

I tried this Japanese restaurant that we looked up on Google, as we were in the area. We ordered the ramen noodles with spicy pork bone broth, chicken katsu, and a chicken katsu bento meal. Both dishes were very satisfying. The broth from the ramen had great flavour at first, and the heat kicked in as it went down. The bento meal was also delicious. I’m not usually a big fan of miso soup, but theirs was quite different and tasted really good. The chicken katsu was perfectly cooked and was one of the best I’ve had.
Ordering was easy, and the service was fast and friendly. Portion sizes were good, and the prices were reasonable. This is a highly recommended Japanese restaurant if you’re in the area.

We ordered the sushi platter and, to my surprise, it arrived beautifully presented in a boat, absolutely stunning. The fish was incredibly fresh, and the variety was truly mouth-watering. Easily some of the best-tasting seafood I’ve had in Adelaide.

Cosy restaurant serving Japanese cuisine. Three of our good friends who frequently eats at this place invited my wife and me to have dinner here tonight. Being on a Saturday night, the place was full and the owner/chef had his hands full cooking and dishing out plates of food for the diners and also for the Uber/Door dash takeaways. There was a waitress who takes the orders and served the food. We had a variety of dishes, bentos, sashimi and ramen as well. Overall the food was great and I especially love the chicken yakitori. Highly recommended and will definitely come again.

An unexpected find in a quirky industrial location. Casual, friendly atmosphere.
Good variety of options on the menu. All dishes were fresh, generous, nicely presented and tasty.
Very busy when we visited on a Saturday.
Our meals all came out at different times, which was okay with us.
Would definitely recommend you visit if you’re north of Adelaide.
