They somehow forgot the cheese on the same pizza that had different toppings. On top of that, the app was wildly inaccurate on the timeline. It said my order was ready when we still had to wait nearly 10 minutes for the food to be ready.

You know, Domino’s is actually really good when the place you buy it at isn’t infested with homeless ready to rob you of your freshly toasted sub.
The two workers were pretty kind, though, and kept me informed where my sub was. That does help being the only one in the store.
As for the sub, for Domino’s it is actually good. Definitely an oddly better choice for a quick bite than their pizza.

I ordered a cheese bread and waited 20 minutes just so it could fall on the ground from the oven because noone was attending to the oven. Literally 6 employees in the building and Noone is paying attention to the oven and the food falling out of it onto the floor. I was offered to wait another 20 minutes for another. They didnt offer an apology or anything. They put my refund on the desk and just kept going about thier business. Poor management at night

On 09/23/25 I ordered a pizza, pasta, and desert and as soon as we walked in we could tell the workers in the back were swamped with orders. Customers kept being rude to them and the two workers kept their cool and maintained their professionalism throughout. One workers name was Phillip and I’m not sure who the other worker was but I appreciate your work and I hope more people learn to be kind to service workers. Thank you.

Unable to Fulfill a Combo Order. Manager was already being rude to his trainee yelling at him in front of multiple customers but then proceeded to raise his voice at me the customer exclaiming I didn’t order a soda. He then realized I did have a 2 liter soda in my order as he read receipt but told me to leave his store & take it up with Dominos corporate. He then told me he will never be able to issue a credit but said come back & he’ll give me the soda owed. No written credit though, just a “come back” And then he yelled “The Customer isn’t always right!” As I left. Then I got home to realize that the pizza was undercooked, unsliced & missing the Pepperonis. Awful Customer Service & Even Worse Product.

They gave me the wrong pizza, made it wrong with the wrong toppings and told me I’d have to “eat it to find out if it’s right”. They admitted to using contaminated tools and said that the wrong topping must’ve been from a dirty pizza cutter (even though the wrong topping was literally baked into the cheese). Plus, I had selected car-side pickup, and they just said “oh the receipt didn’t say” but you can clearly see the information for my vehicle on it. Extremely lazy, dirty employees. Do NOT go to this location!

First I asked for no onions and got onions, the chicken was overcooked and the cookie/brownie was raw smashed and looked half eaten! I filled out a issue with order form online to try and get a refund or any compensation and they only offered 20% off a regular price item. that’s already a basic coupon they offer for free. Very disappointed with the food and service

Always check your boxes at the store. Ordered a plain pepperoni pizza, when I got home, I got a Hawaiian pizza. Ordered cheese bread, came out undone (see picture). Was nice and and even gave a tip and this it the result. First and last time with this location.
