The dude on the phone sounded like he hated his job. I got the veggie pizza and no actual whole pieces of broccoli just chopped up veggies and the pizza its self was a little on the dark side. Conneaut lake pizza joes is way better!

My wife and I went here about a month ago for supper.
We did not call, but ordered from the shop. The atmosphere was not great. But the workers were nice and polite. We had to wait 20 minutes for our pizza, which was normal.
The pizza we got was very good! It rivaled some of the best pizza we have had to date. Much better than anything Domino’s or Pizza Hut puts out.
I would recommend cleaning up the store. But, we will definitely be repeat customers!

I have lived in Saegertown area for 25+ years. Pizza Joe’s veggie pizza remains one of my favorites, however, I have been treated like a nuisance multiple times when ordering. Today I was yelled at because I asked the worker to repeat how long until the order would be ready. Yelled. He was angry from the start that I was even calling to order. I’m not sure how a small business expects to succeed in a small town with such poor customer service. Do better.

Love Pizza Joe’s! I travel a lot and get pizza all over, nobody has a recipe as good as Pizza Joe’s. Wish they would bring back the steak sub though. The patty steak, not Philly.

Our pizzas were the worst by far that I have ever bought from a Pizza Joe’s! I swear to God, if the crust was 1/16 of an inch thick it’s a miracle! It was so hard that I actually chipped a tooth while trying to eat it! THIS IS UNEXCEPTABLE! And not to mention how rude the young lady was that took my order!
I explained to her that I have not eaten there in well over 2 years (due to a previous employees horribly rude attitude! I DIDN’T TELL HER THIS PART) so I did not know their current menu. So I asked her politely if she could tell me if they still offered certain pizzas. I could tell by the tone of her voice that I was an inconvenience to her. She spoke so low that I could not understand her, and then she sighed when I asked her to please repeat what she had just said. Had she spoken up the first time she wouldn’t have had to repeat herself! It is employees and products like these that truly ruin a business! I will never order from this Pizza Joe’s again! I gave them a second chance!

Charged me a 20% tip when I had a 0 for tip and signed it and within 5 mins of noticing went back and the manager said sorry there isn’t anything I can do about you’ll have to take it up with your card company I don’t know why it’s showing the highest tip amount added…we didn’t add any amount to your bill. Refused to acknowledge this issue and would not apologize in any way and then started throwing things around the kitchen until I left. never again will I ever come to this establishment ever again.

Drove over an hour round trip just to get their veggie pizza. Their veggie pizza is truely one of a kind and something you cannot get at other pizza places. Our order was done in a reasonable amount of time, the quality of the pizza was high, and the service was friendly. Will be stopping here again!

We live an hour away but love there pizza and pick it up on our way home when we find ourselves in Saegertown. With the new owners the food is still great! However, the attitude needs a little help. If you don’t mind that then enjoy! Just make sure your order is correct. We are finding they are pretty consistent at missing toppings we order and pay for. When we call them out on it is when the attitude starts.
