Unfortunately I won’t return to this location. Yesterday was my 3rd try with them and it just wasn’t good. I did open the boxes and look at everything this time. It looked better but once I got home and ate it it was a different story. I don’t know if they cook it too long or if the oven is too hot but there is never any cheese sauce on the pretzel pizza. It’s either getting cooked off or they aren’t putting enough on. The crust is also very thin, the most thin I’ve had at a Caesars. I thought maybe if I ordered during the day instead of the evening like the first two times it would be different but it wasn’t.

I changed my review from 1 Star to 3. I stopped in the following day and spoke to the manager who is a very nice guy. He refunded my order. I will give them another shot in the future but I can’t give 5 stars since I had to throw away our whole dinner.
Horrible!!! This is the 2nd time ordering from this location. 1st time was so so, this time was terrible! I spent $50 on food and everything was extremely over cooked to the point the sauce on one and the cheese sauce on the other were cooked off. The pizza is like rubber. Not sure what happened but I don’t think I’ll be back. Total loss of money, food is going to the trash.
Tried calling the store for 45 minutes to try and resolve the issue with a busy signal every time.

Let me be the first to tell you this new spot is amazing. Guy working is clearly having a fun day at work engaging and having a ball. Store is clean and beautiful. Didn’t tip because I didn’t have cash so did this google review instead. If you need some pizza in a pinch stop over here. I live on the other side of town and I’ll be stoping here if I need quick pizza. 5/5 10/10

Honestly I wanted to love this location since its close to home and the brand is known to be fast. First time I came in they had run out of dough for the deep dish pizza which basically wipes half the menu then they were also out of wings. Second time I came it was even worse I got deep dish hula this time but was told it was made as a regular and had to be made all over again adding even more of a wait to an already busy night. Finally they got the first pizza right but lost my sausage pizza???? How do you lose an entire pizza. On top of all of this the wings were the most lacking ever. From now on I’m going to order ahead and hope that helps. Also it really sucks to have to stand in a room with 10 others waiting a half hour for pizza. Some chairs and tables would be nice.

I ordered a slices N stix with bacon. Waited for 5 minutes after my estimated time then went in to see what was going on. They told me they ran out of bacon and asked then if I wanted it plain and I said “yes I’ll wait”. They told me 5-6 minutes. I went back to my car. After 10 minutes of watching the order board I still don’t see my order. I walk back in and ask what is going on. They said the pizza didn’t come out right and just now putting a new one into the oven. I waited for my order for a total of 40 minutes past the estimated before I was handed my order. They just said sorry and walked away!

Friendly customer service. Pizza was on time. They even helped me used the machine that takes a code to pickup your mobil order. I’ve seen them before but never had to use one. Great place!
