Two large pizzas were purchase ($45). 1 Margarita Pizza and 1 Chicken Pizza. When I picked up the pizzas, it felt light when I carried it. When it was opened at home the pizza dough was as thin as paper. They were very cheap with the dough. The pizza wasn’t round either. Poor quality. Not happy.

I use to love this place until they switched owners. The pizza, though still made in a brick oven, tastes completely different. Service got 2 stars because the individual there didn’t know how to work the register and had to wait for the delivery guy to come in and pay. The quality of ingredients is way different than what the previous owner used, you can simply tell the difference. Lastly, they have someone there who doesn’t know how to make brickoven pizza. The under crust should not be floppy on brickoven pizza, it’s suppose to be crispy. The cheese in the middle of the pizza wasn’t even fully melted. This is the second time I ordered from here after the switch on owners and I will never go back because the first time, the pizza was subpar. I tried giving them another try since I’ve been ordering there for 15 years, never again. Revamping the dining area, which looks really nice, isn’t going to make the food better.

Worst place to get a pizza slice. They don’t have it on display, they just get a pre-frozen base-slice and throw it in the oven with scattered cheese and ingredients, totally flavorless and limp. Not really willing even to finish it. No flavor.

pizza’s was dry with topping chix looking like it bland, both bbq and buffalo wings no flavor. Service was dissapointing. I used to order from jenna but this new system they called “slice” dissapointing. Never ordering again!

Very very very bad pizza. I ordered their “Manhattan pie” which she told me was their signature pie. It was so bad my 3 year old would not finish it, and she loves pizza. I don’t know how a pizza shop can sell something of that quality. Wings undercooked. Best thing was the blue cheese. Place still deserves one star. I asked the lady at the counter how she was doing and she looked around like if she needed approval to speak to me. Very weird vibes. Place and pizza was so bad I can not give them another chance.

Used to be soooo good. Now it’s just bad and whatever girl was answering the phone is just plain dumb. We called and asked for a pizza and 2 Cesar salads with cherry tomatoes and red onions. The girl says we don’t have red onions, only purple……. They got the order so wrong anyways, what’s so difficult about that? Food is inedible anyways, once the other owner left, nothing is good. Don’t bother.

Picked up pizza a Jenna’s been going there for years was always one of the best pizza places in Bridgeport. Noticed some changes when I walked in asked if it was new owners was lied to from girl who took my order. I thought Mario may have taken the day off oh well I know that oven should be fine same ingredients …. Was told will be ready in a half an hour got back pizza was ice cold. Asked again new owners??? Lied to second time. Might be the worst pizza in Bridgeport bad ingredients uncooked pizza. Never again with this crew they obviously don’t care about quality or honesty. Throw it on the ground pump that junk in another man’s face.

Disappointing. The pizza leaves much to be desired. The toppings were fine, but dough is flavorless and has too much flour on the bottom which means the flour is the first thing you taste.
