I’ve never had such a memorable and remarkable drive thru experience. I don’t know what his name was, but the guy working drive thru yesterday was super friendly and thorough. He complimented my name and it made me smile. Food was out super quick and fresh as well. My only complaint is that my brown rice was pretty undercooked – crunching on rice kernels is never a pleasant a experience. Otherwise, my husband and I both enjoyed our mini plates. We got katsu chicken and teriyaki steak and teriyaki chicken.

My husband and I love sharing the big plate and we have never been disappointed with our experience at Mo Bettahs! We were so excited when one opened closer to our house. The katsu chicken was crispy on the outside and moist on the inside, and the steak was perfectly cooked. We will absolutely come back!!

I am so disappointed, despite the store not being busy, the staff seemed rushed and inattentive. I found it difficult to communicate my order specifications, and the employees appeared annoyed when I tried to speak with them. Ultimately, my order was prepared incorrectly, and the teriyaki chicken I received was burnt on the edges.
When I attempted to discuss these service issues with the staff, I received no helpful response. Most concerning was that the individual assisting me appeared to be the shift leader. Overall pick another location.
