tl;dr: frozen, uncooked food, overpriced, no covid measures were taken or respected.
Stay away from this place. Many restaurants in the village are only open during lunch and dinner time and close in between, so this was one of the few options we had for an early dinner at 4.30pm. The owner seemed friendly on first glance. However…. our dining experience wasn’t very good.
First of all, no covid measures were taken, the owner did not even wear a face mask. The menus looked like they weren’t wiped down in the past months. No debit/credit cards accepted, only cash. Half of the items on the menu were not available.
The entrecote was clearly frozen, lots of fat in it. The ‘salad’ that came with it was just some plain lettuce. The burger wasn’t fully cooked, still raw on the inside. I initially thought the bread of the hamburger was toasted because it was hard and crusty, however when I bit into it, it turned out it was just old bread that had become hardened.
There was mayo, ketchup and mustard put on the table, however the lid of the ketchup bottle wasn’t even cleaned off from the previous guest, there was still semi-dried ketchup on it. In the middle of a region where covid is rising up again, I didn’t feel very safe at this place.
We paid 43 euros for 3 main courses and 3 drinks. The fries were good, but that’s the only good thing about this place. Mcdonalds serves way better food than what I got at this place, and at half the price.
I’m not sure what happened in the past year because older reviews are all 5 stars, while new ones are mainly bad. A shame. The owner was kinda friendly, but not at all enough to give this anything more than 1 star (I would rate them less if I could). Don’t eat here.

We came here on our way back from the Verdon Gorges, only 10 minutes from the main lake.
Good snack options and quick service, food was very tasty and good portions.

Burgers we’re fine but the entrecote was asked for medium but came out redder than the skin of a British person after not using sun screen on the beach, i dont recommend.

I am shocked by this terrible restaurant! Don’t come here it’s a scam because they make you pay an extremely big amount of money.
The staff is very friendly but the prices are out of control. We bought a small lasagne twice and we payed EUR 23 for it! The salad was just some leaves without garnishment.
A normal portion of fries was EUR 4!
When we told the waiter that the price was very high he could only say that he was sorry but didn’t take any action.
I dont advise you to eat here.

I’m giving a 2-star, because my daughter said her burger was ok. Completely over priced. Their lasagna was hot outside frozen on the inside. It’s low quality food with a high sticker price.

The salad was bad old and even without dressing.
This place was so bad and the price is way to high, you can eat really good pizza Or one of the best mussels for the samen for the same price around the corner
