Unbelievable!!! I ordered a Panda Bowl with chow mein and string bean chicken. There were very little vegetables in the chow mein, lots of green beans and only 4 tiny tiny bite size pieces of chicken.
My husband order fried rice walnut shrimp and string bean chicken. He didnt even get the string bean chicken entry for his plate.
We live 45 minutes away so not like we could have come back. . Very poor service

All in all I usually go into the store, which I know at this point is a lot better than ordering and having your food delivered.
Going in store I’ve never had an issue, or at least one that couldn’t be handled on the spot. That being said, I’ve ordered on app delivery a few times already, twice my order was missing my $5+ drink and a side on another order, I called and kind of felt fobbed off. The third time the drink was missing and the order was delivered to the same house number, on a different street! when I called they refered me to Doordash, the driver Angie couldn’t be reached, called Panda again, they were no help and refered me to Doordash customer service. I picked up the order myself! after the resident was nice enough to call me. After calling Door dash customer service, they couldn’t get ahold of their own driver and basically fobbed me off from there! So altoghther so far out $20 for delivery and missing order items! (My drink on the misdelivered order) My advice is NOT to order delivery from the Panda express app, UNLESS:
#1 You like playing hit or miss, double indemnity roulette between Panda and Doordash.
#2 You gamble on doing the foot work you paid someone else to do.
#3 You intend to pick up your order instore so you can double check everything’s there!
All in All, the advice I recieved from a good friend was to call my credit cards customer service number for charges I paid for but didn’t recieve…should do that at this point, after a couple of times.
I may go back to more convienient in person ordering or pickup, which at times, isn’t covienient at all…thus the extra expense!

I went there at 910. Dine in and drive through says 930 online and on there enter door. Yet they were locked and cleaning. Ignored me knocking and I Went through drive thru and she said due to the time that they already closing that they were very limited. Like only 5 things left. I live 40 min away. Very upset I didn’t get my regular order. I started to eat here often too. Very upset. If you are going to lock your doors early, post different hours.

This Panda location is the best one I have been too. Staff is amazing! Super friendly! Hunter always greets you with a smile in the lobby or Drive Thru! My favorite dish isn’t always made up but they are always willing to make it fresh for me! Awesome job! Keep up the good work.

This was the first time that I had gotten food from the Panda Express in La Grande. My experience was FANTASTIC. The employee working the drive thru provided perfect customer service, had a great demeanor and a wonderful smile. All three of our entrees were excellent. After my great experience today, I will definitely choose to eat here again. Yay!

Ordered through the drive thru. Had to pull up front to wait for food. Teriyaki chicken was cold and no sauce provided. There was ha huge truck parked up front taking up all of the parking in front of the restaurant. It was parked there the 15 minutes I was there and never unloaded anything. Then the driver pulls out. I thought maybe he was waiting for them, but clearly they had completed the unloaded process. Zero condiments and no ice in my tea.

ITS 3PM and they are out of Green Bean and Chicken. Not a big deal if I wanted to wait inside for 10 minutes for them to cook it, but no bueno when your going through drive thru. Do better and have the stuff on the menu cooked and ready to sell.
