We love going to Brues!
Food is great and the menu changes seasonally.
Beer is fantastic and the cocktails are all hand-made with most mixes made in-house!
Service – we’ve been going for years and the staff are capable, friendly, and service-minded.
If you’re in for a short visit or looking for an elevated meal with great drinks, Brues is it!

Beer was good, the green chile sauce on the slopper was good but the smash burger tasted like old meat. I ate all of it but it was because I was extremely hungry. Was suggested a michelada because I wanted a beer with some spice. Asked if they made them good, reply was yes, but the result was…yeah…no, was not even close. I may go back since it’s walking distance for more beer, just not for dinner.

The shrimp tacos were fabulous! Beer was great. And the outdoor area on the river is lovely.

Good craft beer, pretty decent food. It’s such a busy place, it slowed down service. But, if you’re here to enjoy good company with friends, waiting is not a big deal.

Solid food and great beer! On the way from Texas to Denver and this was the perfect pit stop.

Gross overrated. I assume the 5 stars were owners and their families. Not good.
