My kids loved their cheese fries, but I felt like the meat in my Philly cheesesteak was a little dry. They loved that the cheese was so thick and there was so much. They said that the only thing that could have been better about it was that they layered the cheese instead of just dumping it on top.
The service was fine and it’s the mall so the ambiance is the same.

Girl taking the order needs more training. Other girl gave me the wrong drink no big deal but the one taking the order she took it back and then said thank you , like move along ,the girl was not going to give me the other drink I paid for . Then asked me what was on my tray. It. was the water I ordered. Like I was trying to take a small drink without paying for it . Not a good way to treat customers no apology or anything

I came here excited to try a Philly from Charley’s after the wife raved about them. We have tried all the Philly sandwiches from everywhere else, so I gave it a shot. The sandwich was not good at all. The meat was over cooked and there was not enough cheese to cover all of the meat. My daughter spit it out it was so bad. The fries were solid, but definitely not worth coming back.

The local manager reached out to make this right. Went back to get the same combo and it was MUCH better.

I got the #7 Philly Cheesesteak (no mushrooms) with “ultimate” fries. Delicious sandwich, great fries, quick service. I keep coming back to Charley’s whenever I’m in the food court. It never disappoints.

Meat was dry and felt like chewing on sandpaper. I ordered a plain philly steak with just the meat and cheese, and the lady handing out the food asked me if i had the philly no veg and i said yes. she continued to put lettuce, tomatoes and mayo on it when it was supposed to be plain. i politely told her it was supposed to be just meat and cheese, she then yells at me, complains about remaking my food, then TOSSES it on the counter and walked away. Customer service was terrible, and so was the food.

I’ve been eating here literrally for 30 years. I love this place. Their sandwiches are very good. My favorite is the ham and cheese straight off the grill. I don’t eat fries alot bit when I do they are very food as well. A quality I like alot is that I see them prepare my food roght kn front of me. Prices are fair service is quick and for the most part the staff is super friendly. Always clean. 10 star from me.
