Great atmosphere but the food was absolutely terrible. French onion soup was sweet with horrible mix of spices. Nachos had little to no cheese and smash on top of box. Chips tasted stale.

I would not recommend this place for anyone to eat.

Most of the staff is pleasant, welcoming, and kind, except for one individual. I’m not sure if he’s a manager or an owner, but was doing some paperwork at the bar when he took one look at me and said “you look just like Captain America before becoming a super hero” and laughed.

Unlike this individual, I am not a large person, but I’m not thin as a rail either. I used to be, then I started exercising, and found joy in food, both in cooking and eating. I’m now a healthy ~150lbs at 5’10” and I genuinely don’t know what compelled this man to comment on my physical appearance.

The food is overpriced, doesn’t taste great, and is consistently inconsistent.

The brews are the only saving grace, with the wall of self serve taps, but that doesn’t make up for the atmosphere. If you’re looking for a fun or just pleasant time, you have to bring the vibes with you. Crafts has about as much soul as an Excel spreadsheet and after half an hour, it’s hard not to want to leave.

1.5/10, absolutely would not recommend.

The food was just ok. It was a little expensive for the size and quality. When we went, the fryer was down, so the kids’ meals had apple slices as a replacement for the fries. A little bag with 4 slices didn’t really cut it for my kids, so they ended up still hungry after they ate all their food. The tortilla for the taco was stale and the shrimp was overcooked. The mac and cheese was great. The pretzels we’re promising but fell flat.

Even with all that, I would 100% return and plan on coming back soon.

First off, the staff was incredibly friendly and nice. It was our first time visiting, and we asked a bunch of questions. Everyone answered with a smile on their face. Even with a bunch of kids running around they did not seem bothered.

The biggest reason I’ll come back is how family-friendly it was. In fact, most of the people there when we went were people with young children. To be able to enjoy a drink and food while my kids entertain themselves is such a treat. They had tons of games and lots of comfy seating. There were tvs playing multiple sporting events.

One cool feature as well is the wall of beer/wine on draft. You pay for the amount you pour. (Which is great for a lightweight like me). It was nice to be able to try a bit of a few drinks.

I’m really looking forward to visiting once the weather is nice so we can enjoy the outside space. Love to have a place like this in the area.

This is not a food hall with different vendors and high quality food. It’s a take out counter basically. The food was good but not outstanding especially considering the price. The atmosphere would definitely be fun though to come hang out with friends. You could either watch a game on the tvs or play games like cornhole etc. There is indoor and outdoor seating. It was clean and the staff were friendly.

I’m going to have to go 2 star. We had a family of 7. I got a mimosa and it was pre-made and cost $30. Then I asked for a mixed drink and he said “he didn’t know what kind of drinks they had because he’s not a bartender he was just the general manager.” The pretzels were pretty good. Besides that the food wasn’t great. The atmosphere is cool. It would be a good place to go get a snack and some beers play pool, shuffle board.

I am so happy they decided to open in Boxborough. The vibes here are amazing it’s just chill. They have a great beer and drink selection. Additionally they focus on sous vide, which is a precision cooking technique. It allows for the best cooked meat you will ever have. Wings, shrimp tacos, burgers, etc, amazing. Their pizza they label a street pizza, and I think it fits a great need in the area. It’s not traditional pizza but the dough is either high oil or it’s lightly fried to create a flakey crispy pizza crust which is magical in its own right. It’s hard to go wrong here, I haven’t tried everything but it’s going to be my personal quest to do so.

Went here on an outing after a long day. Ordered over 150 dollars worth of food. Food was not great. Soda machine wasn’t working and water had to be bottled. My burger was also made haphazardly as the top bun was significantly smaller than the bottom. One of our entrees was inedible (the chipotle chicken bowl). The staff were also a bit rude and they continued to hold a more antagonistic attitude towards us. They stared at us the entire time. Most likely won’t be back. The Waltham location is better by far.

Update: there was a reply here to this review where the marketing person said they’ll try to make things right. I sent an email which never got a reply. It seems they aren’t interested and wish to only make it look like they care.

I don’t know why, but I do like coming here. We came 3 months ago, the vibe is trying to be hip, some of the decor feels forced and I wish the space had clearer boundaries for play (I have been twice on slow days which is a win to me; it’s hard to imagine the noise during a busy night). The staff are personable and it felt like our interactions were genuine and not forced, and the falafel sandwich was banging IMHO. We ended up being a-holes and went off the menu for a falafel pizza which did not disappoint. Pricing felt above market but that’s kind of everywhere right now and the per oz pricing for beverages is clever but I can see how a few drinks would add up really quick. I like the independent flow of the experience, and I like not having other humans wait on me or service me. It’s hard to find vegetarian food that celebrates itself boldly, and I think we got that with our falafel sandwich and pizza. It’s nice to have a place we can hang and play games (though I wish the ping pong paddles were a little better quality but I also see how they degrade with time and use so I get it). Lighting isn’t offensive, bathrooms are clean, the outdoor space looks comfy enough. It’s a win in my book. Thanks.

Excellent food! Orders and payment entered on a screen, wait for text msg when ready. Wide selection of draft beers, pull-your-own. Industrial-ish decor. Will go again, next time near Boxborough.

We decided to try this place while on vacation in the area. They have vegan options, which is great for my wife and daughter. I got a pepperoni pizza, which was delicious. The dough, which tasted like a fried dough was grilled then baked. The pepperoni was cupped and slightly charred. Delicious. The girls got a veggie burger and tater tots which they both enjoyed. Great atmosphere. Highly recommended.
