Incredible baby back ribs. Fantastic smoked flavor, they were juicy and just perfect. Sides, cornbread and baked beans were good. I would say the place is set up more for take out and catering. So if you drove over an hour to discover this place, there is one table with 3 chairs. Parking is limited. Service was polite, but not friendly, kind of a weird vibe. There was a huge, obviously well fed dog in the register food prep area. Which we didn’t mind, but others might.

Nice BBQ spot along a great drive in the heart of Sussex County. I came here with my wife and friend the other day which they really enjoyed the food. Brisket sandwich was good, felt like it was missing something, but honestly was overall a good decision.

Had been told for a while, whatever I do, have their cornbread. Absolutely agree! I wish I had them sooner. Their cornbread brisket sliders were to die for! As well as their brisket cheesesteak.

Only have tried their food truck several times. The most delicious Mac and cheese with Brisket- out of this world flavor! Great portions for the price. Nice, quick service. Always hot and fresh. I can’t wait to try the main location!

Upon walking in you are greeted, the lady was nice, however a few things, i ordered the shredded pork meal with 2 sides and bbq ribs with 2 sides it was almost $50 which i thought was a bit pricey because the food was not even hot it was given to us either room temp or cold not sure if during the week because its not that busy cooks don’t put interest in their cooking but the food was not that great at all we were disappointed because it was 50 washed away, coleslaw was very dry, potato salad tasted spoiled, beans were good, Brunswick veggie soup was the only item warm, bbq ribs hardly had any meat, fair taste and shredded pork was good just way too much bbq sauce in it, they also serve you everything in separate containers to go instead of putting the food in one food container no free corn bread with your meal nor a roll, food was definitely not made with love, first and last time too. Unfortunately for the prices they have to do better. Store looks empty no character and there was a dog roaming around the kitchen area and behind counter which is a huge no no i don’t think that’s the greatest idea not by the cashier/ kitchen area, they also did not provide us with napkins or utensils we had to go back in to ask for some.2.5/5 overall

This new business is going to thrive here in Sussex county. I tried all of the meats offered so far and they all knocked it out of the park. The owner was very nice and we had a small conversation. 10/10 business owners. the beef brisket is the best i’ve had. I’ll be coming back here very often. This place was just what we needed.

I never had Brunswick stew before! I ❤️ love it. Healthy option! Pulled chicken was super flavorful and moist. They had my fave pulled meats so far. Not a fan of the potato salad and coleslaw slaw. I am very picky about those two sides. Beans…yes. cornbread…yes. sorry we weren’t there for the music. We will be back!!!

It’s legit. Very few places can claim to be southern bbq, but this place can! Don’t miss out, make sure to get some brisket and the sauce is pretty unique and flavorful although the brisket is so juicy you dont even need it.
