My husband stopped by this location to pick up dinner for our family. I’d written him a clear list of what I wanted, including a request for a lot of hot sauce, which he relayed to the employee at the drive-thru. Instead of asking a clarifying question, the employee made a rude remark that my husband could hear, questioning “a lot of hot sauce” in a mocking tone.
Because English is not my husband’s first language, he initially wondered if he was misinterpreting the interaction. Unfortunately, the experience didn’t end there—when he got home, we discovered there were fewer hot sauce packets than tacos in the bag. At that point, it was hard not to feel that the comment and the outcome were connected.
If the request was unclear, all that was needed was a simple question. What wasn’t needed was sarcasm or commentary that made a customer feel uncomfortable or mocked, especially when language or accents may already make interactions more stressful.
Everyone has bad days, and I want to believe this was thoughtlessness rather than intentional unkindness. Still, my husband left feeling embarrassed and disrespected, and that matters far more than missing hot sauce packets.
I hope this feedback is taken seriously, because no one should walk away from a routine food pickup feeling belittled.
After much anticipation, Brooklyn residents finally have their taco cravings satisfied with the arrival of its own Taco Bell. While this charming newcomer may be petite, its culinary offerings pack a flavorful punch.
On my visit, the manager, despite the expected buzz around a new establishment, provided friendly and efficient service. The kitchen delivered expertly crafted food in a timely manner, exceeding my initial expectations for wait times.
For those seeking a taste of authentic Mexican flavors in a welcoming environment, This is a delightful addition to Brooklyn’s culinary landscape. I, for one, am grateful for this delicious newcomer.

I ordered 4 drinks & asked for a carrier durning the special discount hours of $1.00 per drink. The outdoor screen showed one drink for $2.?? So I explained that was wrong because the price change doesn’t happen until 5 and I ordered 4 drinks.
● The very MAD GIRL MANAGER CAME ON OVER the speaker YELLING at me that it was a new person and she’s under training!!!
Ah…ok… I did not know that, and what did that have to do with anything? I did not raise my voice previously or responded with anger, so why was the Manager so angry???
● I pulled up to the window, and I could see the angry look on the managers’ face..looked like she was scolding the little (and very young) new girl. It didn’t set well with me as I know your 1st job can be difficult and strange, but I thought maybe the Manager was having a bad day too because if it. (¿)
The new Employee, young girls’ chin was just quivering as she handed me one drink through the window and she had big tears in her eyes that she was fighting not to let the mean Manager see!
● As I reached for the drink, I said to the New Employee in a low voice so ‘meanie’ couldn’t hear, “no
