Woman in black hoodie served me I ordered two pizzas with garlic sauce. She snatched the pizza back slung so much garlic sauce on the pizza it was all on box and tossed it back with attitude. I stayed polite and left to find that the pizza was not completely done and sauce was everywhere.

This was supposed to be a 2-topping large pizza. As you can see the entire pizza looks old and over cooked. I ordered for pick up shortly after 10 when I arrived, the doors were locked yet they don’t close until “11:00pm” someone finally handed me my pizza through drive through and this was the result, and she topped it off with “we have no napkins” seems like this location is always selling overcooked pizza and never have any paper products.
The best little Caesars y’all is M.L.K! They cook every pizza with pride!

I had an extremely disappointing experience with the customer service at this restaurant. While attempting to place an order over the phone, I was abruptly hung up on by a male employee who was disrespectful and unprofessional. When I called back, I spoke with a female employee who was equally rude and dismissive. This level of conduct is unacceptable and reflects a serious lack of professionalism. Due to this experience, I will not be returning or spending any further money at this establishment. So today at 5:45 pm Sunday Jan 4th 2026 was very disappointing and the employees on that shift need to be evaluated because this is the type of behavior that brings a business to ruin

After waiting in line for 30 minutes, I ordered from this place. Seemed like I was being rushed so I just ordered quickly, paid and left. I wish I looked at this before I drove off but I didn’t because I was just trying to get home to eat since I had a long day at work and couldn’t cook for my babies. This man charged me $15.20 for two cheese pizzas and look what I received! There was no sauce on it, it was dry, the cheese was burnt, and crunchy. I actually cried cause why do people like this. I hate eating out anyway and this is what they do. I’m making a huge complaint about this cause this is disgusting!!! They need to shut down if this is what they are gonna be doing to people. I hate Cleveland avenue and metropolitan the customer service is trash!!

I am leaving this review for both Little Caesars and Doordash, as this experience was completely unacceptable.
I placed an order for 5 pizzas directly on the Little Caesars website to feed my high school students who were staying after school for a club. Only 2 pizzas were delivered, even though I was charged $50. It was only after I completed my purchase that I discovered Doordash was handling the delivery. I am not familiar with Doordash, which is why I did not order through them directly—I trusted the Little Caesars website to handle my order properly.
When I contacted Doordash, the driver told me he only received two pizzas from the store and told me to call Little Caesars. When I called Little Caesars, they told me the driver should have checked both order pickup boxes in the store, since sometimes large orders are split into more than one. That’s when the finger-pointing began.
I called the driver back to explain what the store said. He admitted that the Little Caesars staff were standing around talking and gossiping and never told him the order was split between two pickup boxes. Before I could ask more questions, he hung up on me.
I called Little Caesars again. The first representative dropped the call while “looking up my order.” When I called back, another representative told me they could not issue a refund for just the 3 pizzas I never received. She said they could only process a full refund—but since 2 pizzas had already been delivered, they claimed they could not refund the order at all. In other words, I was left charged for food that never arrived, with no resolution.
When I asked for a manager, she was unhelpful and simply told me to either call Little Caesars customer service or Doordash customer service to report the issue. No ownership, no accountability, and no real help.
At this point, I’m beyond frustrated. The driver hung up on me, the store staff were careless and unprofessional, and the manager couldn’t provide any solution. I’ve had to escalate this through my credit card company just to try to get my money back.
I have never left a negative review before, but this experience deserves one. Do not order delivery from this location. The lack of accountability, poor communication, and outright rudeness left me and my students without food. What happened here isn’t just bad service—it’s theft, because I was charged for 5 pizzas but only received 2. I will never order from this location again.

Okay so I’m used to them closing early and not answering the phone, but they definitely messed me up with this one. I ordered a new stuffed crust two topping pizza and instead of making what I ordered they took a old stuffed crust cheese pizza and just put on my two toppings on top of it. They know they wrong for that!

“What do want “ rolled her eyes and twisted her head “are you ready “ (no patience) with no customer behind me …. Had me confused asking myself what did I ever do to this women for here to be this pissed.

The youth are struggling with counting and following instructions and places like this can’t afford to keep adults on staff. Over 30 minutes for puffs and pizzas after asked to wait 10 minutes

They don’t know the menu or pricing very well.
