This place was Great! The food portions where great! The sausage rolls are HUGE! the papa size can feed a family (its about 3ft long!) Our waitress was nice and attentative. Definitely go and try it out! (Picture of the deluxe sausage roll is the momma size- not the papa)

Great to have Papa’s Place back where it belongs. This is where I enjoyed it as a kid. And the papa rolls are just like I remember. And with the BBQ sauce, yum! Good sized salad. A slightly different take on bread sticks, and I enjoyed them. The dine-in experience was very nice. Attractive and comfortable environment. FYI, their prices are reasonable, and apparently to keep them that way, they pass on the credit card fees of 4%. If you want to avoid that, bring cash (and I presume they take check, but not sure). Glad to have them back. Wishing them success.

I’ve driven thru Churubusco so many times and have never noticed this place. We stopped by to visit an antique shop and noticed this place. The place is small but quaint, gave me a nostalgic feel. I will say one thing for sure, They do not skimp on the toppings. Also when they say everything but the kitchen sink, they mean it lol. This place has earned its way into our top 20. If you go through Churubusco, slow down a bit and try them out.

I have consistently brought numerous individuals to this establishment due to the exceptionally fresh ingredients used in their culinary creations. It is evident that the staff takes great care and pride in preparing fresh ingredients daily. While the cost may be slightly higher compared to other options, the exceptional taste and freshness of their offerings make it a worthwhile investment. Additionally, the presence of a salad bar within the establishment is a unique and commendable feature that sets it apart from many contemporary dining options.

Excellent food! Try the sausage roll but be aware, they are huge!!!! I’m a large man, I couldn’t finish a ‘baby’ sized sausage roll. I sure made a priority to finish it later, though, let me tell you! First time I’ve been in an Italian restaurant and the clear proprietor comes out, puts his hand on my shoulder, and says ‘I’m very sorry, we made a mistake with your order and are remaking it right now. Here’s the wrong one for now, and we’ll bring you correct one to take home.’ And the food is AMAZING. And the service is STELLAR. The salad bar is quite impressive, too, my wife loved it. And then you get the receipt, and almost think it’s a mistake because it’s so reasonable. This was my first of many visits to Papa’s Place.

It’s one of our new favorite pizza places. My favorite is their Oscar pizza. It’s basically like the works or everything pizza. It reminds me of how the pizza we would get when I was a kid would taste. All the big chain pizzas don’t taste like they use to. So glad we heard about papas place.
