Such a kind drive through staff and indoor staff. The kind young lady at the drive through said she didn’t see my order and asked I head inside, I went in, the nice young man at the counter showed me his screen, my order wasn’t there, but asked what I ordered and they immediately knew what was up and who I was. Super friendly and resourceful.

I would like to file a complaint regarding a very unpleasant experience. I placed a mobile order, and when I went to pick it up at the drive-thru, the employee serving the food was not wearing gloves and handled the food directly with their hands. I find this unhygienic and completely inappropriate. As a customer, I did not feel cared for or respected. McDonald’s should pay much closer attention to these basic hygiene practices, as they directly affect the health and safety of customers. Situations like this should not happen.

Avoid using the mobile app at this location. I’ve had multiple experiences where the store “loses” my order entirely. Most recently, after already paying through the app, I had to manually show the staff my phone and re-order the entire meal at the window.
Instead of a quick pickup, I was sent to the parking lot to wait even longer while they fixed their own system error. To make matters worse, the staff offered zero apology or accommodation for the inconvenience.
Mobile ordering is supposed to be faster, but at this location, it’s a massive headache. This is a recurring issue that management clearly hasn’t addressed. Save yourself the frustration and go elsewhere.

Definitely lack going above and beyond on customer service. Placed a mobile order and they couldn’t “locate” the order in their system but had proof of the order and had already paid and even when showing this them they wanted me to essentially pay twice in order for them to make the order. Walked out with nothing and canceled my order entirely on the mobile app.

They made me wait forever to bring me the entire wrong order and when i went back in to tell them they were incredibly rude like I was being difficult for wanting the food I ordered instead of what was clearly someone elses food. The manager was rude and didnt want to help, the staff were vaping in the store and handling food and every customer in the store was annoyed and complaining. Never a good experience at this location.

Want $20 an hour but unable to preform services to even a $5 scale. Business is slow; management needs reset. Employees delivering food to cars waiting over 20 minutes after waiting in drive through 30 minutes vaping while delivering at a snails pace.

Whens the last time you got a rare quarter pounder? Went thru the drive thru sat 10/5/24. The menu was off and they said all they had were quarter pounders, fries and nuggets. Order to handoff was over ten minuets. And they undercooked the qpc by a mile, it was actually rare.
