So I will begin by saying I love me some Chick-fil-A ! And overall, this place does not disappoint. However… I do not like their dining room! There are no comfy booths, and all the seats feel like they ar on top of one another, so there is no “privacy”. I’m not asking for fancy dining, but I also don’t want to be sharing a 4 person area with 2 people I don’t know! Service and ease of access is better than other local location-but if you are visiting with a friend or having lunch with your spouse, head to the other one.

After multiple experiences of receiving absolutely no tomato’s on my chicken sandwich’s after explicitly ordering extra tomatoes I will no longer be making my chicken sandwich orders at this location anymore. I’ve called about this several times before & received a free follow up sandwich made properly, but it’s just not the same to get home & bite in only to not taste my favorite topping on my sandwich. I really like tomatoes & this is a huge let down every time, especially when I’m paying for the extra tomatoes.

I am writing to express my concern regarding a recent dining experience at your establishment. I have always valued Chick-fil-A for its reputation of professionalism, courtesy, and a welcoming atmosphere. Unfortunately, during my latest visit, the environment fell well below those standards.
While seated in the dining area, I was disrupted by unprofessionalism among staff. I overheard a manager or coworker discussing some rather crude words, ultimately, disturbing not only my meal but also the experience of nearby guests while walking around.
Such behavior is both unprofessional and disappointing, particularly given Chick-fil-A’s family-friendly image. A restaurant should provide a calm and hospitable environment, not subject its patrons to workplace disputes.
I trust management will take appropriate steps to ensure this type of conduct does not occur again. I would like to continue visiting Chick-fil-A with the same confidence in its courteous service and inviting environment that I have appreciated in the past.

If you have 2 lanes on the drive through and one is designated for mobile thru, why condense traffic to a single lane after ordering? This is only slowing down the drive through as a whole and leads to unnecessary delays. Some staff need to visit other locations for some retraining as well.

I have waited several trips to this location to write a review, ecause I did not want to be “that person”, but because Chick fil a sets the bar so high, It’s obvious here. Mobile order and drive thru is slow here and doesn’t work like it normally does everywhere else. It is lacking on coordination and organization compared to others… handing out orders out of order. The employee today told me that he gave my order to someone else.That’s why I was waiting for so long.
