I have been so impressed with this Wendy’s lately and felt they really deserve a five-star review. I’ve been through the drive-thru a few times now in the past few months and I have been absolutely amazed at how quickly they have got through the lunch rush and our food has been hot and fresh all those times. The staff have been polite and friendly as well! We used to avoid Wendy’s as a fast food option because of how slow and kind of rude the service used to be, but something has changed and the current management has really turned things around!

How you going to serve a baconator with charcoal black bacon? Manager literally lied on the phone, instead of being honest and apologizing for serving me bacon from breakfast. Rude woman, has no business in customer service. Didn’t offer any sort of compensation or anything. Happens all the time at this location, will contact corporate today.

Service was quick this time, and the guy at the window was nice. but food is very subpar. Dry chicken sandwich, fries were lukewarm slightly hard and unsalted, and nuggets were extremely greasy. The best part of my order was the vanilla frosty. Considering this isnt my first bad experience with this location, I dont think I will be coming back

I am not big on Wendy’s.. in all honesty I only eat the breakfast. Which is always made amazing!(I do love a good Cobb Salad though) I’ve only had one mess up coming to this location, but even then it was promptly fixed. Customer service at this location is beyond lacking! No smiles when you pull up, no kind demeanor at all. These employees seem to despise their jobs so much that they can’t even crack a smile or give kind words. Great food BAD SERVICE!

I’ve always been a fan of Wendy’s salads and have ordered them many times, so I can usually tell when something isn’t right. Unfortunately, the one I received from this location was disgusting. The lettuce was soggy and brown, and the lid had a prep date on it—definitely not what I expect from a “fresh” salad. It tasted as though it had been sitting around for days. I’m disappointed, especially since this is my go-to order and I paid full price for something that should’ve been tossed, not served. Sadly, I won’t be returning to this location.

I ordered drive through for my family of 5. They gave my card back but no receipt. After receiving my food, I pulled into a parking space to get it distributed. My sandwich was missing. I went back in and they refused to make my sandwich without a receipt. They didn’t care that it was their fault I didn’t have a receipt. We won’t be going back again.
