Poor customer service. I ordered food online and came to the restaurant during my lunch time with my friend and her baby. We were told we were not allowed to sit and eat simply because it was an online order, even though the restaurant had seating available.
This was very inconvenient, especially with a baby who needed to eat. There was no flexibility or consideration, and the staff was not helpful. Definitely not the experience I expected.

They got our order wrong, AGAIN!! I don’t understand why it’s so hard to get an order correct, why can’t they double check what they’re putting in the bag against the receipt??
The celery was old, the tips were actually a brownish color and they were limp. They were actually uneatable.
The dry rub on the lemon pepper wings were so salty!!

Very rude staff bad customer service I ordered food that comes with fries. They say they don’t have fries in stock and then charge me extra for the substitution that they made me have to do because they were not properly prepared to start their business day with what was needed on the menu. They ran to the back when I took out my phone wouldn’t help anybody else until I left the store which was insane. Call the police all because I needed a corporate number and they wouldn’t come back in the front and talk to me. They lied about their name wouldn’t let me see their name tag horrible service ask for corporate number wouldn’t give it to me ask their district manager’s number they pointed out the door the door number lead straight into the store so they lied about that being in the corporate ladies number never answered horrible service. Don’t recommend anyone going there. Start going to Wingstop way better customer service.

This was my first time at Buffalo Wild Wings and it was delicious. The were great and to my surprise the cauliflower wings are now my new fav. The manager Quinton was helpful for me and my boyfriend got he regular monster order. All of it was great!

I’ve ordered from here a couple of times and the food is just not good quality (chopped wings, old spoiled veggies w/bad smell) service was ok (got my online order wrong) I’ve also been to the restaurant and expected the same quality at the ‘GO’. 54 Dollars for a 10 piece wings, 2 mozzarella sticks, one chicken sandwich and 2 small drinks, and the sandwich and cheese were cold, with staile bread that broke, wings were very dry with no flavor, they had no burger and no wraps. And waited 15 minutes before they took our order when we were the only ones there..Very bad over priced food, with bad service. This was our first and LAST TIME THERE…

Came here to dine in with my 2 kids …. They both had to use the restroom, we were denied even though they have 2 restrooms available… Multiple employees came out to use them but not for customers… If you have tables for dining you need to have a restroom available. Health code violation. FYI

Just spent 10 minutes waiting just to be greeted, when completing my order total came to 22.64 and cashiers didn’t even have change so order had to be cancelled.
Total waste of time.

My burger was not only well done but also congratulated. The wettest things should’ve been the meat, but the flakey top layer of bun was probably moister. The meat was so coarse, smoking cigarettes would’ve been a worse alternative to harm my throat. The wait time was alright.
