I ordered from them months ago when they were called Genovas And the food was honestly the worst Italian food that I have ever had. It was like they purposely made it bad because they were irritated I ordered gluten-free. The noodles were literally broken Apart before I even open the container because they were overcooked, and the chicken was burnt to a crisp and tasted like charcoal. I have celiac and have no choice but to order gluten free not that this should change anything.A lady called me to tell me she needed to charge me extra for chicken but when she told me the total it was over $12 more than what I already paid. When I realized how much more they were trying to charge me for just chicken and saw what they actually charged on their website I called the restaurant back up to ask about this and literally heard a man and the woman laughing and mocking me for calling them to ask about it… Keep in mind, I only called them once after they called me and only after what they said didn’t make sense. To top it off after they tried to overcharge me, they argued with me saying that the price that I paid on the slice app was not what they were seeing on their end… the tone was hostile and terrible and the lady kept suggesting that I was lying even though I could see the price that I paid right in front of me so I was not backing down. I think it was all just a show, but she finally acted like she realized that I was correct and she could see things on her screen clearly And tried to blame it on a glitch but still no apologies for the accusation and hostility.

Loved the pizza! The crust was done just right and the panko breadcrumbs on the bottom gave the pizza that perfect crunch! I definitely recommend this understated little hidden gem! 2 thumbs up

Extremely disappointed. I should have read more of the bad reviews. Especially for a Friday night dinner service. As soon as I walked into the empty restaurant on a Friday at 6pm to pick up I knew I would regret it. Just finished eating this and couldn’t pick up my phone fast enough to share this horrible experience. The pizza and zeppoles were absolutely disgusting. The pizza looked like it was a week old and tasted like cardboard with cheap quality sauce and artificial cheese. The zeppoles also looked a week old and were basically cold sponges soaked in oil with a dash of sugar on top.
I have no idea how this place has good Google and Slice reviews so hopefully my review informs people before they spend their hard earned money on garbage for dinner.

We go around seeing how good pizza is and all different locations in Suffolk County and this place On our list. The pizza was undercooked and we did order a fresh pie. It’s hard to find good Italian pizza these days because of all the synthetic cheese that they use and the poor quality in their dough and the fact that not many of them know how to make a pizza sauce, All in all out of a 1 to 10 it was at best a 5.8.

Grandma vodka pizza looks like a 3 day old frozen pizza and had no flavor at all. Didn’t get past one bite.
Tina salad cranberry’s were all clumped together and nothing was fresh. Although it’s the only thing ordered that I actually forced myself to finish and now there’s literally a bad taste in my mouth.
I’m actually spending more money on another delivery from a different restaurant because this was so disappointing.

The spinach and artichoke pie was awesome and had a perfect crust. For dessert ordered cannoli. Melt in your mouth delicious with a light airy shell. Delivery was fast and friendly
