Be patient with them, only 2 servers doing takeout register and tables. I came for ramen, but changed my mind after seeing tonkotsu broth. Our summer rolls, spring rolls, and crab rangoons were really good. Peanut sauce taste extra peanut like, i liked it. My mother in law had beef and pork pad ew (flat wide noodles) . My husband had thai fried rice add shrimp, my sister in law had the massaman curry. I had the drunken noodles with fried tofu. I didn’t like my drunken noodles , I thought they would be skinny noodles, they are the flat wide noodles , the flavor was good. I should’ve gotten the curry. The curry was really good.

We love going to Thai restaurants, so I decided to head here when we did a day trip to Raleigh. We went inside and were told we could sit where we would like, so we chose a booth. They had a few people who were helping with taking orders, serving, and bussing. The atmosphere was relaxed and quiet. We got two appetizers, the rotee & curry and the spring rolls, and then I got the pork pad see ew, and my partner got the large tom kha soup with chicken. Our appetizers came out first, but our meals came out just a few minutes after. The spring rolls were pretty standard, but I loved the dish that they came in. The rotee & curry was super good! I loved the rotee. It was flaky and delicious. The cucumber salad on the side paired very well with it. I was very pleased with my pad see ew, as it was protein-heavy with the pork and broccoli. The flavor was amazing. I tried some of the tom kha soup, and it was nice as well, though I think it was missing something in flavor. The prices were reasonable for the quality and portion. Overall, we had an amazing time here and would definitely return!

Place was lovely. Dinning room could have been cleaner. But over nice. Bathrooms were clean and well cared for. Ordered coconut soup, yellow curry and summer roll. Summer roll sauce was very peanut forward. Curry was very flavorful with a level 3 melting my face off. Very very good but tofu was fried which was disappointing. Potatoes were very under. Coconut soup was very good. A little on the sweet side. The cabbage was very under cooked but it did have good tofu. Summer rolls again had fried tofu. Would be great to offer something not fried.

Ordered dinner here for the first time & man was i blown away. 10/10 food.
I ordered Thai basil fried rice w/ a heat level of 1 (if you don’t like spice at all, do not select 1) No regrets. Ordered the pad Thai for my husband and he absolutely loved & had it for breakfast the next morning.
Great pricing on the spring rolls, shared an order of those as well.
Moving forward this will 200% be our weeknight dinner.

We decided to check this place out because my daughter really wanted to try some Pho. While they don’t have Pho exactly, they do have a beef noodle soup which is very similar to Pho. And it fit the bill because they had a lot of gluten-free options that could be made vegan, when you ask. They also had a lot of good options for my husband to try and it was close to our house.
My guess is they are busier during dinner service, because we were the only ones in there for lunch service. Which was completely fine with me because it means we got great service. The restaurant was very clean and we loved the layout. The servers were all very friendly and knowledgeable, especially regarding gluten-free and vegan. Huge bonus for me!

The food was good. I ordered chicken pad Thai and added shrimp and a side of spring rolls that came in a pack of 4. I normally prefer egg rolls over spring rolls but these tasted fresh and I enjoyed them. Photos of my lunch today 6/18. There was one young lady serving and also hosting. The chef came out of the kitchen to bring a customer their food. Maybe husband and wife or not. Just the 2 of them but it wasn’t busy. Come try this place out and I don’t think you will be disappointed if you like Thai food. It was si much good I am taking home for another meal. I paid $30.31 for my meal.

Oh my god ! Never in my 31 years of life have I tasted chicken wings as delicious as these. Treat your taste buds to a delightful experience, these wings are the perfect balance between crispiness and tenderness. They literally had to hold me back from going in the kitchen and hugging the chef. I highly recommended Thai Twist, what a lovely restaurant.

Every time I come to Raleigh I have to eat here! The Thai style basil rice with ground pork level 3 heat is the perfect balance of sweet, spicy, and comfort. The food always comes out fast, hot and always fresh! I would also recommend the Green Thai Tea.
