Johnathan was extremely helpful with my family’s large order on such a cold day. He was very professional and the entire store was clean. Having had a bad experience at this subway in the past I was hesitant, but my expectations were met and overly exceeded. This was a shocking turn around and a great experience all in one. Speedy and delicious fresh food. We will be back. Thank you again from my entire family for a great experience and delicious sandwiches.

This Subway location is a prime example of “Eat Fresh”, the company’s slogan. I visited this location yesterday evening when ordering through their app. Upon arriving the building was in mint condition. There were two employees working diligently, showing the master of their craft on the line. They both made great conversation and made me feel welcome. 10/10 will be back!

Apparently online orders are more important than customers that actually walk into the store. Staff was not helpful and ignored the fact that I was standing there. After a 5 minute wait I was asked if I ordered online. I said no and was told I needed to move in I another spot. That is my fault but a little customer service would have resolved that had they spoken. I will no go out of my way to avoid this store.

“UNDER NEW MANAGEMENT”….I was hopeful but ultimately let down. I love Subway but the Gretna location cannot get it together. It always smells strange inside, not like baking bread or vegetables, just off. The dining room had a lot of debris on the floor. Customer service was okay however the bread was over baked, I asked for a new loaf. I got a 12 inch turkey and they laid out 4 slices of meat on the bread, I don’t know if they have new rules but that is a terrible portion size! The lettuce was brown and all the other veggies looked sad because they had clearly been frozen then thawed out. Another odd thing was the cucumber slices had hardly any seeds, they almost looked like sliced zucchini. When I asked for onion I got 1 piece laid on each side of the bread. So be prepared to constantly ask for MORE. 12 inch turkey and a bag of sun chips cost me $15. No thanks!! I was trying to have a quick meal. Stay away from this location and I suppose all Subway stores. I’m sad about the downfall but I’ll just eat PB&J at home.

Went to get 2 bacon, egg & cheese flatbreads & my husband came home with unheated steak, egg & cheese flatbreads… they had the window up so he couldn’t see what they were doing/adding on.. even though it was pretty straight forward. I’m disappointed since I usually have a decent experience there.

Saw the sign that said “under new management” and was hoping the older couple that were running it last time I was there were still there, but it was a young all-male staff. Food was fine, but their socializing/talking and ignoring customers for a few minutes when standing ready to order was rude/not attentive and as my granddaughter said, the bathrooms were disgusting, inside the toilet was gross, there were cigarette ashes on toilet rim, trash on the floor, dripping sink, overflowing trashcan, dead bugs….will not be going there again.

Came in this weekend and the store was super busy! The crew was quick and kind to each guest getting them through fast and with smiles on their faces. And the food was excellent as always!

What your seeing below is my sauce sandwich. Lady was out of meatballs ( per her conversation with other employee). Instead of asking me to wait for the meatballs he had cooking in the microwave she proceeded to give me a sauce sandwich. Thought she could slide it by. Supposed to be 8 meatballs. I got about 4. This subway is old and dirty and I would not suggest anyone go there. You will probably get shorted. This is what happens when absentee owners hire people who don’t care. I won’t be back and I will let everyone I know not to shop there. Already spreading around work like wildfire.

The 6 inch sub looked like a 4 or 5 inch. Very little meat on it. I asked for a little oil and vinegar and when I got home 2 blocks away, the oil had leaked through the bag and was on my car seat.
