They people working were not necessarily rude, but the policies at this Burger King sure are. For starters, they keep their restaurant showing as “closed” on BK app so people can’t use they’re rewards or offers in it. I tried and even asked for their help to use it and person at the counter was just like “oh sorry”. Now this isn’t the first time this has happened, it’s every time I come here so I know they’re doing it on purpose. Then when ordering, the kids meal shows up as $3.99 on the menu, but upon paying it was $5.99, and I only got the apple juice and a cheeseburger. Usually the extra cheese isn’t $2 and other places will only charge more if you get a small soda instead of a juice, this exact same kids meal is always only $3.99 at my local BK which is a franchise. Now the next one was the middle finger in my face. I ordered a strawberry lemonade, and then refused to refill it with soda even though it costs more than a soda. They even went back to ask because I was insisting no other BK has ever refused to do this and she came back with a no from her just over 18 looking manager. Absolute worst experience I’ve had at a Burger King, it feels like they don’t want customers. If they want to go out of business like sadly many other stores and restaurants have in the area they are on track to doing so.

Everything in my order was wrong. I asked for no pickles and no onions. It wasn’t even that busy, but I still waited more than 20 minutes. When I finally got my food, the very first bite had a big onion ring. When I asked them to change the burger, they just removed the onion and gave me back the same burger. I had an allergic reaction to the onion, and overall it was a really bad experience.

They say when it rains, it pours! After bombing an interview for a potential new job, I went looking for food. BK seems a good choice (usually) but it wasn’t to be. This particular BK served me burnt, dehydrated, cardboard tasting patty. I ordered the new sourbread double. The bottom patty was good but the other one was not. I wanted to make a fuss over it but as I see a line of customers and what seemed like a worker trying to take a photo of me I decided it was best to do it without a possible argument. Look at the pics I posted! That is all that is needed to be said!!

I went in today around 3:30-3:40. The staff is amazing! The girl who took our order at the front counter was so friendly and I loved her attitude! Our food came out super quick and it was super fresh! Nice and hot! Everything tasted amazing and I loved the fries so much! So crispy yet so soft inside. Perfection!!

Our food was made to order and it was made the way we asked and all of it was very good. We had burgers, fries and shacks.

Very bad experience, buying a burger and chicken nuggets combo will be charged extra,I found out and asked the store manager what was going on.They said it might be a problem with the cash register and they would not give me a refund.Just gave me a small cookie.It’s not my fault, they didn’t apologize at all, it feels very, very bad！！！

The Asian manager here is so rude she refused to use my code with my order for the free pie then charged me then told me to spend a another purchase to get it instead of adding it to my already purchase of $8. She has a nasty attitude and thinks she can talk whichever kind of way to customers. Everyone else is nice it is her!!!! She needs to be talked to immediately

I did a mobile order with thee Burger King app went in store for a pick up was asked for my name and I guess the guy for some reason didn’t believe me and asked for a confirmation of my order I told him what the order was and so I got my food and asked for katchup and ranch and for some reason he didn’t put it in my bag and just left it on the counter but when everyone else asked for katchup he put it in there bags but not mine! It seems he didn’t like me very much and so I said thank u and left! The double whopper the cook made me was very good! Food was great! Service is bad! Atmosphere was ghetto! Please improve and hopefully I’ll see you again! See ya!
