I have always laughed at the “sandwich artist” title, but my experience today legitimized it. Charlie Charlie (his name tag said it twice) was moving from task to task with the speed of a whirling dervish, but gave no evidence of being frantic or distressed. With a swift and purposeful grace that fulfilled the image of an artisan plying his craft, Charlie blitzed through order after order. Though he was the only employee present, he seemed to have the power of an entire team. I was so thoroughly impressed that I failed to even notice, let alone bless, a forceful sneeze from my wife (which is highly irregular for me). This man deserves a reward, in my opinion, for his mastery of the craft. He embodies what Subway touts themselves to be.

Upon enetering I was greeted however, my overall service I received from the employee with dreadlocks could have been much better. He was somewhat rude with his comments when I asked for half provolone and half pepper jack cheese. Additionally, he was quite stingy with the steak; the menu clearly states that we get double the steak, and if I hadn’t asked for extra, I would have ended up with a sandwich that was mostly bread and vegetables. When he rang up my order, he didn’t inform me of the total cost; he simply asked if I would be paying with cash or card. Based on this experience, I won’t be returning to this location, as my sandwich wasn’t great either or my service.
Alot of restaurant locations including this one can benefit from having better customer service!! DO BETTER!!!

I had a sandwich delivered to me from there and it was the wrong one. I brought it back a couple of hours later but because I lost the receipt they wouldn’t remake it for me because they are so uptight and rude.

Stop going to Harvey rd because they are rude and started to visit this location at least once a week and things have been ok until today, went in for a salad and cooks and Seth digs the last brown lettuce that was full of other stuff to make my salad with, I asked for FRESH lettuce and he refused while laughing and saying “what’s wrong with this” while holding the bowl tilted. Safe to say I’ll drive to Bryan before either one of these Subways ever get another red penny from me.. subway must not be training their employees because they are rude and do not know what customer service is goshhhh!! Puts the S in sucksssss

I came in and there was only one employee working through a huge rush. He was very sweet and was still smiling. I’ve been to other subways where they are so rude with 3 other staff members. Very good employee to have 🙂
