The food and service were great. Ordered on the app in the parking lot and went inside and it was ready in 5 minutes. The first thing we noticed was that the place was amazingly well decorated for Christmas. We didn’t think it was normal for an Arby’s to look so great, so I ended up talking to Karla, who had gone above and beyond to do it herself, even using personal family heirlooms!
It’s so common for people to just do the bare minimum, so when people make the extra effort, I feel it has to be recognized. This is one of the good ones–we’ll be back.

The food was cold, the potatoe cakes taste like they were made yesterday the mozzarella sticks were cold the sandwich had hardly no meat. I would not recommend this Arby’s . Good Service but the food was cold , old food!!

Arrived in the drive thru at 6:44pm 6/28/25. The lady Annette was very polite and great with taking my order. We had to pull up to the yellow line after the car there pulled off. The lady brought the food out. I said thank you she didn’t respond and looked as though she had a little attitude. Up getting home I opened up one of the Greek Gyro and found the bread was stale and hard as a brick. I checked the other and found it to be the same. It’s too hot to be driving back across town to return the food. I usually have great things to say about this Arby’s on Main Street but I just spent $26.74 and the food was very unsatisfactory. This is a new Establishment here on N. Main St. So you’d think they wouldn’t be as stingy let alone disrespectful as they are. But hey it’s 2022. Ordered multiple Buffalo chicken sliders only to get a bunch of bread and 3 super small nuggets. The popcorn chicken at KFC are bigger “nuggets” than what Arby’s is trying to pull. Just save your money and go to Chick-fil-A across the street. Better service. Friendlier staff. Better bang for your buck.
