They’re friendly, fast, convenient, and reasonably priced. My family’s first choice. We’ve tried them all and they always choose Ziggys. Best in vatiety and best in flavor. Some places are too sweet and others have burnt after tastes. Ziggy’s is just right.

I’m a regular at this location. I did a mobile order for my usual Loconut but forgot to add heavy cream. When I pulled up to the window the sweet barista asked if I meant to leave it out. When I said no, she quickly added it in for me. Such a small gesture but really made my day that she remembered that small detail. Excellent customer service.

As a barista who works at 7brew, the coffee was pretty similar. But Ziggi’s is extremely sweet and very thick like a hot chocolate. As someone who works in customer service almost every day, the service and atmosphere were great! They did keep the line moving pretty fast as well!

They offered my dog a puppuccino as we we were walking by on the sidewalk so I took them up on their offer and of course got a drink for myself too. Staff is super friendly and they got my drink out to me quickly. Great drinks and great service. Will definitely be a more frequent destination for my dog and I on our walks! Thank you!

Being in the industry for 15 years, I was appalled with the customer service. I asked very very nicely for a remake. I had ordered a sugar free coffee from a different location over an hour away. Just an iced latte, nothing fancy. It wasn’t sugar free, and unfortunately I just had surgery and sugar will make me physically ill in high quantities. I asked if this location could make me a new one, though I knew it wasn’t their fault. They rudely told me that they would be charging me again for it because the stores had different owners? Ummm…. Shouldn’t we be more concerned with the satisfaction of the Ziggy’s brand, than who owns the store? And refusing to make a $7 cup of coffee that I’m positive wouldn’t have been missed? Just a thought. Also, had I not said it was from another store, who’s to say they even would have noticed? Furthermore, they didn’t even know which store I came from, maybe the owner owned that one too, you never know lol, don’t understand how it even matters anyway.

Coffee here is second to none. Service is great and the drink options are great. I have 2 complaints that reduced my rating to 4 stars. First, the mobile app is hit or miss when being used on Android. I’m sure this will be fixed soon so doesn’t affect my rating much. Second, the breakfast burritos taste like they are frozen. I’m certain they are and I don’t necessarily expect the food to be made to order. Overall, I visit this location almost daily for their wonderful beverages and awesome coffee. Keep up the great work, team!
