Really wanted to give this place a chance and I dislike leaving bad reviews BUT our dinner was terrible and I believe they should make a change or shut down. Everything we got was gross. The restaurant stinks inside like urine. Wings were small and dry, chicken tenders were soggy and weird tasting, burger was very dry and had old vegetables, carrots and celery were old, list goes on. I know things can’t be perfect all the time but we paid $150 for our dinner and it’s disgusting. Do not recommend

I’m sorry but these wings were so white, bland, and unseasoned that even Wingstop would be offended. I ordered chicken, not a blank canvas. I kept checking the box thinking maybe the seasoning was hiding underneath. It wasn’t. Please introduce these wings to some spices next time.

Hey y’all Im not a big reviewer but after seeing some of the 1 stars wanted to add my 2 cents. We live in the area and have been coming here since it was the original 242 Pub and Grill. Yes the menu has changed but we’ve never had any of the bad food that others have mentioned. We usually get the wings but we’ve had multiple other items and for what you get for the price is a bargain compared to other places. 24 wings with cheese curds for$38?!? Sign me up! Also want to give props to Holly the bartender. She is constantly checking on patrons and the one time I had a problem with a drink she immediately corrected it and brought me a new one. Now that the NFL season has kicked off we’ll be coming here every Sunday to watch the games.

They would not honor the 15 wings and bucket of beers for $30 special as advertised on their Facebook page.
My friends bacon cheeseburger looked delicious. Our wings were pretty much underwhelming. Pretty small and the Buffalo sauce was not great.
We drove almost an hour from Magnolia with high hopes. We went home deflated.
I don’t recommend this place. + We will not return. Oh yes, To our waitress. Turn that frown upside down.

My family loves this spot! The food is good and they have a good beer selection. The staff is amazing! We love the people here and their service is great. On some Friday nights there is a DJ and karaoke, which is always a blast. The building is nothing fancy but we enjoy that type of vibe. One of our favorite places to go when we want a fun night out!

Wife and I have literally been to this place about 15 times since they have opened. Their double fried wings are the best that I have ever had anywhere. I would recommend coming on a Wednesday they have a wing special. Other menu items are also great such as their burgers and cheese curds. I would highly suggest anyone in the Conroe area to come here. Service is usually great Marcus (server) and Brittany (bartender) always give exceptional service.
Update : Came in on 2/22/25 and attempted to order. The Saturday special and was told it is now only offered during football season. Yet this ad is still up on website and does not have (football season only). Keep in mind I came in on 2/15/25 and ordered this. I have been to this place countless times and know about all the specials ! Also the special is still up on the website. Really upsetting I’ve told countless people about this place and live in a nearby neighborhood as you see from my previous review the food is usually good, but the service is too inconsistent for me. This might be my last time visiting this place.

Came in for carry out crawfish, they were awesome! However the smell of the restaurant was really bad. It smells like they don’t clean their bar mats / rugs. I don’t think I would’ve been able to enjoy the crawfish in their dining area.
But seriously, awesome crawfish. Shame about the smell in the dining area.

Don’t get me wrong I love this place. Very relaxing, chill environment, great beer and wings. But my biggest issue is the restrooms. They are so filthy. Doors are broken down and I can tell the toilets, Urinal and sinks have not been properly cleaned in months. I feel as if this issue was resolved and they put more effort into cleaning there restrooms especially since this is a bar and the restrooms are being constantly used, that I would leave a 5 star. I LOVE THIS PLACE, but please work on the restrooms.

We came here on a Tuesday night so they weren’t very busy. We ordered two appetizers – cauliflower and cheese curds – and various wings for the table. We received our wings after about 15 minutes but had to ask our waitress where our appetizers were. She said the kitchen “lost the ticket”. They eventually came after we were halfway through our entree. The wings were big and juicy but we ordered hot sauce on them but there was no sauce on the wings at all so we had to order some on the side to dip the wings in. We also had to flag the waitress down for everything because she never came to check on us. Overall I think this place has great potential but they need better management and training for their kitchen and wait staff. Also the pool table area was overrun with at least 6 screaming small children running around – not the fault of the business but it killed the pub vibe.

I’ve seen some hit or miss reviews about here. My husband and I decided to check it out. We have no complaints. Its a small town wing spot. The food was good. We have no complaints I got the the spicy garlic wings which weren’t spicy (I’m okay with that) but I liked them. Loaded tots were delicious
