On our first visit to this Ruckus location, we were impressed with the service and food! The cheesesteak is one of the best I’ve had — serious cheesy goodness! The kids cheese pizza received a thumbs up from our 5YO. The kids menu includes fruit & veggie options as well as the typical pizza, burger, chicken tenders, mac & cheese. My daughter appreciated the fruit! The sweet potato fries are yummy. Size of the house side salad is impressive. Our server was prompt & polite. She even told us about the app where we received a coupon.
The atmosphere ranks low because despite some improvements, it still looks a lot like the previous restaurant that was here. There are walls of new TVs, but it feels bare and disjointed. The other Ruckus locations feel warmer, with more character & charm, so hopefully the atmosphere here will improve in time. I hope it sticks around so we can return and try more of the menu options!

Salty! I ordered the Spicy Chicken Alfredo. The dish was way too salty. I was able to enjoy it after I took the dish home and calmed the salt down. The service was friendly and efficient. I will be back and asking for a lot less salt. I liked all of TV’s!

this is a great place for some beer and great food! we sat outside since it was actually cool for once. they had some couches with a fireplace for casual drinking and snacking.
we ordered chicken tenders and pizza. the chicken tenders were juicy and crispy. the ranch was to die for. we had to order another side of ranch! pizza was delicious and the hot honey balanced out the spice.
$5 domestic drafts for the most part and some local brews on draft too.
they also have a buckets worth of hot sauces to spice up your meal!
our server was friendly and professional and checked on us frequently.

4th since Scratch Kitchen (Ruckus) opened and again a great experience. Mrs and I prefer bar seating and usually simple to find a seat at the large bar.
This time she went (again) for the Poke Tower and loved it. We equate it to what we have had in high end sushi restaurants from NC to Vegas. I tried the Buffalo Chicken sandwich for the first time and it didn’t disappoint. Stacked and large! Starting to notice regulars from other local places migrating here. You will as well.

Food was pretty good. Got the steak Chimichurri 8/10 and the ground beef nachos 8.5/10. Steak could be more medium/medium rare for a flank steak. Nachos were good, could use some jalapeños.
Overall atmosphere was pretty average. The restaurant decorations were not extravagant, its open concept restaurant. Plenty of TVs to watch sports which I’m fine with 🙂
Decently priced, we got a lot of food for what we paid. Definitely not cheap or overpriced. Good value.

We come every week for trivia and have a great time! Jamie, the AGM, always takes great care of us! Every time we come she’s very welcoming, helpful, and professional, and other trivia teams in the restaurant have mentioned this as well. We love her and we love coming back for trivia every week!

Chef Brandon gave us personal attention and gifted us a sushi sample. Yum! The steaks we cooked on a hot stone were amazing along with the perfectly cooked asparagus. Our waitress had personality + and was excellent.Next time I’m in town I will definitely be back. My sister and niece had been there the night before and had such an excellent experience they came with me and will return, they live nearby.⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️
