Our group of six, including two children, dined in on a Friday night. We were quickly greeted after seating ourselves and started off with an order of the Tater Bombs – which turned out to be a fantastic choice. For our main entrees, my friend and I split a 3 piece order of Coconut Chicken Tenders and the Bussin Burger. Both options were really tasty— we could not pick which was our favorite! The food even came out with adorable mini paper umbrellas, and you could tell everything was made from scratch with fresh ingredients and attention to detail. While enjoying our meal, the owner, Alex, checked on us to ensure everything was perfect. He told us the story of how the restaurant was started, entertained the kids, and even brought out a bread pudding for one of the kids who had recently celebrated a birthday. Overall, we had an amazing experience and can’t wait until our next visit!

Went to Alley Baby in Norwood last night for the first time and it was so good. Everything we ordered was amazing. We got the ribs which were the special that night, the coconut chicken fingers, the wings, and the tater bombs. The tater bombs were one of the best things I’ve ever eaten. I don’t know if I liked the coconut chicken or wings more because they both were incredible. The dry rub on the wings was delicious. I highly recommend this place and the vibes inside were super cute. The staff and owner were also extremely nice and fun to talk to. Will definitely be back soon!

Second time visiting and I think this might be on the top 5 of our favorite restaurants. The menu is different than anywhere else in the area. I’ve never had or heard of coconut chicken other than in Florida. The chicken is amazing and the portion size of the fried pickles was surprisingly huge. Only complaint is filling up on pickles before our food came which is our own fault lol but they were delicious. The owner Alex is literally such a nice person and one of contributing factors as to why we love coming here. It feels so much more welcoming and inviting than a typical restaurant. It was also my daughter’s birthday and she’s a picky eater but she absolutely loved everything. Alex even made her a surprise dessert (Bourbon Bread Pudding) for her birthday and it was amazing. Please give this place some love, it deserves all the business!!

This place opened not too long ago in Norwood. Nice, casual, vibe with an owner who is passionate about food. Especially locally sourced farm-to-table food and let me tell you, it is good y’all. Don’t hesitate to check this place out! We’ll definitely be back.

We started with chips and queso, which were delicious. The Thai coconut chicken taco was literally the best taco I’ve had in my life, hands down. The housemade cocktails were incredible, and struck the perfect balance between tangy and sweet. The bourbon bread pudding was completely addictive. Loved the unique, warm atmosphere and personable staff. Highly recommend.

I don’t normally write reviews, but this place is great and I want it to survive so I can keep eating the best coconut chicken and green curry in the city. Don’t be deceived by the industrial neighborhood, as soon as you walk into this place it’s got a unique, warm atmosphere. The staff are friendly and attentive. BUT THE FOOD. Amazing. I haven’t had anything I didn’t like, but will likely always order their famous coconut chicken and green curry. There’s even a vegetarian curry option. I was there last night and am already thinking about the next visit.

Absolutely fun little place tucked away on Highland Ave. The owner has crafted a fantastic menu of amazing food (I’ve had the coconut crusted chicken sandwich, and fried pickle appetizer). The chicken sandwich won best of Taste of Cincy 2024 and it’s a clear reason why!
They have a full bar, I met the bartender Ann that day who was very friendly! And the owner Alex was very hospitable, and made the food himself! I will def be back, and hope more people find this hidden gem!

Hidden off an industrial complex Alley Baby is a hidden gem. The food is excellent. I full recommend trying the coconut tenders with the green curry as a dipping sauce. The vibe is chill, and overall a lovely experience.

A truly unique atmosphere but in the best way. It’s cozy yet functional. Industrial yet practical. I loved it. The coconut chicken sandwich was TO DIE FOR! We were met with a limited menu, which stunk a little because I really wanted to try the fried pickles, but that will just give us a reason to go back again. My son and husband got the Alley burger and there were zero complaints. The wings were smoky and tender so if you’re looking for wings, you won’t be disappointed. I’m also a ranch conisseur and their homemade version did not disappoint. The location is off the street down an alley. You’re going to feel like you’re doing it wrong, but I assure you, if you just keep on driving you’ll find you did everything right.
