The service is hit & miss here. You can say the same for employees. Mostly they are unfriendly and uncaring. The food is usually decent though. If they feel like it they’ll bring the food to your table but don’t count on it, lol.
They did very recently remodel this location so I’m posting updated pics. It’s in line with the stand alone locations as far as appearance now.

Employees here are just ignorant not helpful or wanting to be helpful. Their attitudes are garbage. They are laughing because I told them to just do their job. I hear them talking and cackling about it while im here dining in.

Went in and bought this burger asked for it to be well done. This was done on purpose due to a family member that was wrongfully terminated from this location and they knew I am his sister and they know this is one of his favorite meals due to him always ordering it after work. He wouldn’t get it on his break because he would get sent a hour into his clock in shift for the day. (Which is illegal btw) They do this with every employee.

Service is horrible always rushed by workers to order no room to try or even customize your food due to the horrible service didn’t get mayo on my burger and was kinda afraid to come off confrontational so I just left nd threw the burger away they get frustrated when they can’t understand you also

The McDonald’s crew members here work so well together. I love their customer service. The lobby is always clean and I can charge my phone here. I was told about the app and it makes ordering just a bit easier. My food is always prepared and out to me in an efficient time and manner. They’re teamwork makes all the difference. The managers are very professional.

The little manager(young slim black lady) was very calm and professional. Her Customer service was great and she helped my Togo order to be fixed. It was super busy, but she patiently managed the employees well and kept that store running smooth.

They tried to charge me .38 cents for water, because the multimillion corporation can’t afford to give free tap water with ice to someone… I’ve never been charged for a water cup before and after I walked out I went to taco bell right outside Walmart and they hooked it up with a large water cup. Just had to show love to the workers there.
