even one star is too high. customer service is absolutely terrible. ordered a pizza just for them to take 2 hours after it was supposed to be delivered to cancel on us after we called and asked if they were still making it. Completely rude. went up there to see where our food was and there were a dozen pizzas sitting there getting cold while employees were sitting on the counter just eating and talking. Manager on duty does not deserve her position. will make sure everyone knows about this. Dominoes is delivering though so we will make the switch 🙂

If I could give less than 1 I would. Service is awful. They can’t keep staff. Never have drivers. We ordered from this location other night and it never showed up. When we complained we were treated as if we were lying and trying to commit some kind of pizza heist. Driver tracking never turned on and was never marked delivered. All they had to say about it was the “the driver said they delivered it”. Called corporate before leaving this review to see if they could turn this around and was promised a return phone call within 48hrs. That never happened either. So I’m calling it. This place is tanking.

Not going to lie, I am disappointed as all get out. I am a big papa johns fan. Prefer it over every other chain. However, tonight, they never marked my order ready for pick up so I just went by 40 minutes later and this was by far the worst pizza I’ve ever had. It was so incredibly dry and I could see most of the crust under what should have been covered in sauce and cheese. When I called, the guy offered a credit but was honestly unconcerned and a little rude. He just hung up. We continued eating our other pizza only to find a hair cooked into and under the cheese.* Correcting this to say MULTIPLE hairs throughout our entire second pizza.
I’m not sure what’s happened because this used to be a great location but I honestly am so disgusted.

Ordered 3 pizzas tonight and all 3 showed up under-cooked. The dough was soft and chewy. The toppings were not properly cooked. I called the manager to let her know, and she responded with condescending remarks. She never offered to fix the issue; her only response was that no one ever says their pizzas are undercooked.

Good to go!…..NOPE I FOUND A HAIR ON A SLICE. I’m not using that credit, look at all these recent reviews. This place is a bad location and would highly suggest you go to Dominos.

I’ve been ordering pizza from this location for years and it’s always been fine, but tonight we got home and had 20+ black hairs in our pizza. It’s hard to imagine it was accidental, there were so many hairs baked into the toppings. I’d like to speak to a manager, but I’ve called at least 8 times and every time I select to “talk to a manager” the line disconnects. Needless to say, I’ll be getting my pizza elsewhere from now on. (the pic was after we threw most of the hairs away, and I picked through the pizza and found 5 more!)

I am a long time supporter of Papa John’s, this is no more. I ordered a meal from here tonight, and while it was tasty, the difference between what I ordered vs what I receive is despicable. A mostly full tray turned out to be something that didn’t even fill the bottom of the tray.

This location is a complete dumpster fire. We ordered pizza online an hour before we wanted to pick it up. I showed up a few minutes after the time it was supposed to be ready and was told it’s on the bake line and would be another 15 minutes before it would be ready. I went back 15 minutes later and the person at the counter started with, “well, you see…” I get it…so you basically lied to me. When I asked for my money back, the manager came around and instead of saying, “I’m sorry…” she was rude and combative. A gentleman who was standing next to me at the counter said people ordered pizzas 2 hours ago and they still weren’t ready. Needless to say I will never be back.

I’ve always loved Papa John’s Pizza, and loved this location when I found it. In the past year or so, I’ve noticed a major decline in the food. Especially, ordering for delivery. When you pay as much as you pay for the food and then wait as long as you have to wait, you don’t expect burnt (literally burnt and hard) garlic knots. One of my favorite items to order. This last order, they are burnt crusty and too hard to chew. I think this will be my last order. Sadly, it seems everything just goes down hill, and this is one of them. Quality control, and people caring about the product has gone downhill for not only Papa John’s, but many businesses.
