I received great friendly & patience customer service from Israel & Diasy!
Tried to use the app to order & pay plus use my rewards. The app needs work but Israel and Daisy were very patient and we got it figured out! I didn’t like the smoothie I chose because of taste preference and they replaced it with an even more delicious one!

Placed an order on the app for smoothie and açaí bowl for pick up. Arrived and handed smoothie only, no mention on the açaí bowl. Asked about it and informed they don’t have any acai. I paid on the app so asked for a refund or store credit, was told a manager would have to do but one wasn’t there. Left my phone number, still no call or credit. I have been in twice and still no resolve. So beware ordering on the app.
