Ordered a brown sugar shaken espresso light ice, vanilla cold foam, and a breakfast sandwich. Everything was fresh, delicious and made to order. Top notch service from the Youngwood crew!

Glad to have a new Dunkin here, but very disappointed. Been here three times and not sure I will go back. The donuts barely have any icing on them. They don’t bother putting the donuts in the display as it’s mostly empty every time I have gone. Looks like a place going out of business as they have very little inventory of pastries to buy.
The Dunkin @ South Greensburg is better.
Update: This location has improved since my last visit. They are now putting more donuts in the display case and properly icing them.
I would recommend this place now. Hopefully they keep this up. I have updated my rating to 4 stars.

After my experience the past two days I won’t be returning to this Dunkin’. I’ll go out of my way to go to another location. Yesterday I spent 20 minutes in the drive through line only to finally order and find out they didn’t have what I wanted. The drive thru speed is ridiculously SLOW. Then, today I ordered the same exact coffee I got yesterday and it was completely different. It looked different, it tasted different. Plus, the coffee I ordered was supposed to have cold foam on top and instead they just put whipped cream. This isn’t the first time I’ve had issues with drink consistency from this location. The staff are hit or miss. Some are friendly. Some seem absolutely miserable and are short/rude with you. Like I said, will definitely be going out of my way to go to another location.

Ordered a medium green tea Strawberry refresher and there was a chunk of cookie piece in my drink like someone was eating over making my drink. So nasty was told to come back and get another one after i left but was already on the highway going complete opposite direction. Wouldn’t call the Dunkin near my home to see if they’d honor me a new one had to call myself. Will never go back.

I am officially done supporting Dunkin’ Donuts as a business there is absolutely no consistency between stores I bought two caramel macchiatos the other day and both had pumpkin spice in them for some reason, it’s kind of ridiculous. It’s just a waste of money especially when you never get the same thing I think you should install cell phone blockers in your stores and keep your employees off their phone so they focus on their job. Or just started charging a dollar for coffee that way we don’t feel so ripped off when we don’t get exactly what we expected very unacceptable as a business

This is a great Dunkin location. A bit of a tight turn into the parking lot but definitely a good addition to Youngwood. Wasn’t busy at all and got what I ordered very quickly. Friendly workers as well and munchkins were fresh!

There is never a thing correct with my order or properly made. I have given it more chances then I should have. Toasting a bagel shouldn’t be rocket science. Adding butter and cream cheese also not rocket science. This is a plain bagel we are talking about.

I have been to this Dunkin location numerous times, as I pass through Youngwood commuting to school. I have always had my order made correct and consistently every single time! Always get light ice when I ask for it, coffee never watered down and I also appreciate the avacado toast as other locations would pile it on so much it was unbearable, where Youngwood out the perfect amount and it was delicious. The staff is always friendly and nice. To the others, if you have a problem I would suggest telling them about it and I’m sure they would remedy the situation?

Avocado toast is great. The orders with bacon came with bacon that was not cooked completely. It was like eating rubber. The employees were not very friendly, they seemed stressed out. Can’t blame them i’m sure it gets crazy in there sometimes.

So today I went to Dunkin’ and got a coffee and TRINA the lady working was being a total jerk. This isn’t the first time she was being this way. I stop almost everyday before school and she is always so incredibly rude. My brother stops there on Fridays and she was being very rude to him as well. She needs to be fired or trained better when it comes to talking to people. This is absolutely disgusting behavior…
