The worst location I’ve had the displeasure of working with. I placed a delivery order which was never delivered. The manager said it was my fault because I live in a “dead zone” and the order reverted to pick up at the nearest store. Waited an hour to feed my kids. Now have to find alternative. Don’t recommend

The sandwiches are good, but don’t order delivery from here if you’re counting on getting it quickly. We ordered delivery online for a quick lunch when we were packing to leave for a trip, and it took over an HOUR, making us late leaving for our trip. We called a few times and they kept saying “the driver should be almost there.” They also wouldn’t remake the order to pick up in-person.

The customer service was not great. The asian looking young man seemed off. I had expressed it was my first time as a customer. I ordered a meal, i was not given my cup for my drink, he took my money and walked off, i was not given a bag or told that i had to bag my own sandwich. I was not told where to get my chips. I enjoyed the #9 sandwich. I just wont be back as a customer

This is at least the 5th time something has gone wrong with my delivery order. This is my first time leaving a review. Past experiences have included getting a call 20 minutes after ordering telling me they can’t do delivery, incorrect orders, and a spilled drink on my front porch. Tonight my order (sandwich, chips, drink) came 1 hour after I ordered it and my drink was not delivered. When I called they offered to have someone come back to deliver a drink, which I didn’t want someone to have to do that, so they offered a refund on the drink.

Worst service ever. So I chose none as a tip because I wanted to actually give the delivery driver a huge cash tip because their service has been exceptionally great until I chose that on their app. It went from 15 min to 20 to 30 to an hour to who knows. Never again will I order from them which is unfortunate because the tip would have been more than a percentage

I had an issue with a catered lunch for 65. It fell thru last minute. This location was able to create enough food trays in 40 minutes to save the day. and they did it with a smile on their face the whole time. I can;t recommend them enough!
