DISGUSTING! not sanitary do not eat here. gloves were on but the employees were touching their faces, dirty cabinets, and phones while preparing my order. Left before they were able to finish the order because we we appalled by the lack of basic food etiquette.

First time going there would never go there again if you paid me a million dollars the person that helps me had no clue what he was doing he didn’t know what came on the sandwich he had no clue what to put on the sandwich he never cut the footlong in half can you put a far too much salt and pepper on the sandwich far too many black olives I can’t even eat the damn thing I just paid $16 for a footlong and I’m throwing it in the garbage

So the food prep is definitely above par from other subways. They take their time and build the sandwich pretty close to the picture which is a nice change.
However, they don’t follow instructions very well and in 5 orders in a week, they got it right only 3 times. They need to work on attention to detail. They also don’t know how to prioritize orders. I had 2 sandwiches on a couple orders and the guy both times made one completely then went to make the other one. By the time he was finished with the second one the first sub (a hot sub) was cold.
The only reason they get 3 stars and not 2 was for the first comment I made.
