Mobile Thru lane is a great concept but not if the workers treat it as their last priority. They served 3 regular orders before coming over to hand me my food that I watched sit there the whole time. My food is ready and I’ve already paid but because I’m in the other lane they don’t want to walk over to me. Just going to visit another location that knows how to prioritize.

This would be my favorite Chick-Fil-A location if it wasn’t so cold. I also wish the kids play place door was easier for my kids to open. I have to get up and down a lot to help them get in and out and I don’t have to do that at other locations. However, the staff here is really kind and attentive, and this has to be the cleanest location I’ve been to! The playground is the best too. My kids get so excited to play at this one.

Love the new location/layout. Mobile drive thru lane is genius. No more having to wait behind someone ordering.
I’m just really bummed about the size of the tenders and wrap lately. The wrap is folded almost halfway up from the bottom on both sides. I unrolled and refolded it, and it was half empty. I switched to tenders from nuggets because the nuggets are tiny..well the tenders are getting small too.Will probably just stick to the sandwich from now on.

I drove from Parker, because that location is closed for remodeling . I used the drive thru mobile option, which I was excited about. Until I was asked to park in spot 1, & after waiting over 20 minutes I called the restaurant to see where my order was. My order was for 3 people. They proceeded to say they weren’t sure. Then I was told they would make my food fresh. I did receive fresh food, but was compensated with a couple of cards for seasonal items. Which happens to expire in November for items I’m not really interested in. I feel the best compensation would’ve been to refund my whole purchase! I know places have issues, but over 30 minutes for drive thru food ….we gotta do better! This all while my 7yr old Son was with me, & he couldn’t understand why others were getting their food while we sat there. ♀️

I pre ordered my meal for my daughter and I. I had a salad, and I specifically asked to have no pepitas & double dressing and tortillas chips. Still got the pepitas, had to remind the guy who prepared my order about the tortillas. I drive home, no dressing. Guys come on…. It’s a pre ordered meal. You have a screen, receipt, and the customer telling you, and it’s still messed up. The location in Parker checks the pre orders, and reviews with the customer…. At one point they didn’t even know if they gave me the right salad.

The restaurant presented a clean and well-maintained environment. The staff exhibited exceptional service, demonstrating a high degree of friendliness. The food was served fresh, appealing, and at an appropriate temperature. This location is among the superior Chick-fil-A establishments in the vicinity, and we anticipate returning. We would like to express our interest in the potential introduction of spicy chicken nuggets.

Operator Michael Clancey and his staff go above and beyond for the customer.
The new store is beautiful with a large dining room, play place for the kids, clean bathrooms and a large kitchen for staff.

Love this location!! Kind and polite workers who care about how they can make your meal a dining experience. Moreover, they enjoy their coworkers, which makes for a happy place to be. Love I can always expect a clean and well kept restaurant. I particularly enjoy the jazz nights.

I just couldn’t look past the missed sauce on a limited time offered product, The Spicy Pretzel Cheddar Club has a sauce. It really completes it. And it had a really thin amount of lettuce. I think you should provide the freedom to the sandwich maker to add another piece if the one is sub standard. I think you guys really do a good job and nothing against the service but a signature sauce missing really weakens the product…
