My 1st expression of the place was awesome and unique. The food was very good and well seasoned. It really felt like I was home cause some places you go food doesn’t have true Caribbean taste. The owner was very attentive and made sure we were comfortable. I appreciate the service and will definitely come back.

Wow! My partner and I ordered Krave Haven for dinner last night. Our order consisted of the beef patty, chicken quesadillas, oxtail quesadillas and tostones, all of which were hot, fresh and delicious. I cannot recall the last time we had food that was prepared so well. Customer service is also top-notch; I called ahead to ask that they apply tamper-evident tape to the bags as our order was being delivered via a third-party courier service, and the lady who took my call was personable and very friendly. They’ve definitely earned a spot on our speed dial list! Try out Krave Haven, we’re glad we did.

Me and my friend arrived here at about 9:25pm and ordered our food at about 9:30pm. We did not get our food until 10:18pm. I ordered the catfish basket and my friend had the whiskey jerk wings. To be waiting that long for food, once it came out the food was mediocre at best. Our servers name was Ty and she was very nice but overall our experience here was not great. The establishment was not busy at all and we had to keep inquiring about our order. I hope the next time we visit, the experience will be different.

First time here! Went for a night out with my homegirls. Bought a section needed more cups and they tried to charge $26 for 7 cups. Server said cups $3. They the cheap little grey cups from dollar tree , hell a pack is $5 so thts crazy how much they taxing for a couple.
You can’t even bring outside drinks but it’s BYOB so u can ONLY bring liquor not sprite or nun.
They charge for every little thing. It’s BYOB which we didn’t mind, just the fact that it was very dead atmosphere even when after hours started it was still dead. Hookah was great!
Food was AMAZING! But again, we got the section in advance and was never told it was 6 to a section and we had a party of 10. If this was known up front we would’ve went elsewhere. We ended up paying for the extra 4 people separate the lady who gave this wrist bands had a lul attitude poor customer service. Then when we got to the section thts when they tried to charge us for the extra cups when if we already paid for those 4 people they cups should’ve been free as well.
Whoever management is needs to work out a better business plan and train employees to have a more inviting work atmosphere.
Our server was cool she was just doing her job but wasn’t really inviting either she did have great customer service on checking up on us wise.
DJ NEEDED WORK . Didn’t even let a full song play before changing it and the fact that he was playing DDG!? The little mermaid bd music was the icing on the cake for me lmfaoo.

I went here for the first time and tried the grazed ox tails with rice and spinach. The spinach was very tasty and a bit creamy, the Ox tails was seasoned lightly but had good flavor and the portion was a bit small for the price. The smoothies are very good, you can add your own liquor. There’s not really a wait service, you order at the counter and the server brings the food to the table of your choosing. The atmosphere was nice with R&B jams playing. I would go back to try something else

Me and wife went here on 3/20/25 and we enjoyed the food. I ordered the oxtail meal and my wife ordered a red snapper, and both were big portions and tasty.
The owner was talkative and attentive with us, even though it was the afternoon and slow, at night pretty sure he would not be able too. Great job and please do not change your recipe.

There was a hosted event which was fun. I like that it’s BYOB. The menu is standard for a lounge. The service was horrible. Waitress forgot our drink order and it took nearly an hour to receive our order. The oxtail beef patties are really good but it contained bones. The jerk burger had a good spice blend.
