Our meats were delicious! I particularly enjoyed the apple pie moonshine sauce, it tasked good on everything. However, the sides were pretty meh. The onion straws were good but so covered in oil that we couldn’t eat too much without a stomach ache. The Cole slaw had no flavor, just mayonnaise and cabbage. The corn bread was the most disappointing – it tasted like yellow cake. It was too sweet to eat, nor did it taste like corn.

Freaking Awesome- great music plays in a funky and fun place. Staff was SUPER helpful and friendly. Oh yes, and the FOOD! Just come for the moonshine BBQ sauce is for nothing else.

Just had lunch again today, it’s been a while since I left a review. I got my favorite chicken tacos on flour tortilla with Apple pie moonshine and a chunk of corn bread with a sweet tea. Yum!!!! Still very good.

So I just ate here. Overall the food was great! Price wise it was great. Platter and a beer under $15.I had the brisket platter with Mac & cheese and the brisket baked beans. Brisket flavor/smoke was excellent. But it was cut way too thin. Fatten those cuts up 1/16”. Mac & cheese was great, flavor and cheesiness. Stir your Mac before you eat it people, it will thicken up. The brisket beans were on point, delicious! Overall portion size was good, especially the sides! A few suggestions-
if your going to have televisions in your establishment then show sports. Not AMC and other weird regular channels. ESPN, FOX sports etc.
It was a bit strange paying for my food beforehand. I decided against having another beer just because I didn’t want to break out my card again. Also, I wasn’t offered an option to tip (your policy?)
The mustard sauce needs work. It honestly tasted pretty much like plain yellow mustard.
Overall a very solid BBQ joint.

Service is excellent. Prices are comparable to other similar BBQ joints. Extremely excited to see a new and different restaurant come to Chestertown. I have also made several stops by their food truck as well. Love the Nachos, Brisket, and fries. It’s not the best BBQ I have ever had, but it’s best I’ve had on the Shore.

Not as good as expected. Saw great reviews online and was looking forward to it, but the food quality wasn’t great. The sandwiches were warmish, and the BLT with “thick-cut” bacon was unimpressive as well as with wilted lettuce. Service was the best part of the trip. And especially disappointing for the high $$….

My wife and I tried this great restaurant after seeing pics and posts from our friends who had eaten there. They give you a large portions for a great price! We have been probably 5-6 times and each time we’re very happy with our meals. The staff is friendly and inviting…. I would definitely recommend giving them a try!

New place is doing a nice job. Ribs are done right. Sides are tasty and portions are good. Brisket beans are like a rich soup, not the campground canned type you’re used to. Lunchworthy by themselves. Looking forward to trying their house brewed beers.

Ordered the 2 meat platter that comes with two sides, the coleslaw was horrible and I threw it away after one bite. The Mac & cheese was okay but wasn’t as cheesy as I’d hope. The chicken and pork was barely seasoned if it was seasoned at all. The best thing about this place is the sauce in my honest opinion, they should bottle it up and just sell that. I’m confused how they have as many stars but next time I’ll go to Molly’s I can always count on them for great Mac & cheese. I really can’t call this barbecue until the cook gets some basic seasonings down

I really want to love this place but there are some things that need improvement. The mac and cheese is watered down, corn bread barely has corn, and onion straws are really greasy. The meat is lean and has great flavor, sauces ate interesting and packed with flavor. Good but has alot more potential.
