The cook greeted me warmly when I came in, staff so nice and friendly, music on radio made me feel like kid again rush old memories hehe, my 1st time here im certainly coming back again. Burger cook all way through too despite how thick my sandwich was it appreciated

Avoid this five guys if you can. They don’t care. I ordered a hot dog once and they put it in a burger bun because they ran out of hot dog buns. I had to find out when I got home with my food. My fiancé also went there with a promo code that wasn’t working online and when she went in the store to order they wouldn’t honor the code. The food is decent but the service sucks

I’ve held back at least three times from posting a review but they get my uncomplicated order wrong pretty much every time. They mix up Cajun fries and regular fries so often that it’s becoming both an annoyance and a concern. Especially when I receive the Cajun fries I didn’t ask for. Burgers have been wrong in the past as well. It’s like they don’t know how to read here.

This is as good as fast food gets. Fantastic burgers, phenomenal fries, staff with a smile on their face and having fun while working. I love their fountain drink selection too. I ordered lettuce bun and they asked me if I had a gluten allergy right ahead, they were knowledgeable about cross contamination. Overall great location.

Five Guys at Lincolnwood Town Center offers decent food with very generous portions. The burgers are juicy, the fries are plentiful, and you definitely won’t leave hungry. Everything tastes fresh and made to order, which is a plus.
However, considering its reputation and popularity, the experience didn’t feel especially impressive. It was good, but not something that stood out or felt memorable compared to the hype surrounding the brand. If you want a filling burger and a casual meal, it’s a solid choice, but it didn’t quite live up to the expectations set by its name.

Don’t order delivery from their website. Every. Single. Time. We order a large fries we barely get a small order by the time it’s delivered.
Only order for pick up otherwise you’re throwing away money.

Asked for couple of sauce and this is what I got? All 4 cups was given couldn’t fit into 1 cup itself.

Apparently they ran out of cups for water and did not give another option. They refused to give me another type of cup for me to have water in unless I paid $3.49 plus tax which is the cost for a soda. I just wanted water with my meal. I canceled my whole order and left. Needless to say, it will be a while before I return.
