This location delivered us a pizza that was flipped upside down in the box and piled up like a pile of garbage. I’ve called in 6 times and have waited on hold for over half an hour since delivery and each call disconnects automatically after several minutes with no human contact.

Staff is probably the worst I’ve ever interacted with at any restaurant. They have ruined several deliveries by forgetting things or sending people unhygienic and we’ve decided to stop doing delivery. They have continued to fail at carry out orders and you have to stop to inspect everything in order to make sure they actually followed the order. I can’t place an order without them messing something up. Save your money go somewhere local instead like Maxwells.

I went in to order a pizza and they had to call their manager (I’m guessing) to walk them through the process on the computer and it took about 25 minutes to just charge me for my order. One lady kept asking me questions in Spanish and then like glaring at me when I didn’t answer, I had to let them know when pizzas were about to fall off the oven because they weren’t looking. I was ordering gluten free for an allergy and I’ve never had a problem with any other dominos but I don’t think either of the two working understood what gluten free meant. Eventually about 45 minutes after I walked in the building I had to ask for a refund, half because I didn’t fully trust it would be gluten free, and half because I had to leave. The guy working was really nice about it which was good. I’ve never had to refund any food or really even question whether my food was gonna be gluten free or not, this is really the worst experience I’ve ever had at a restaurant and all I was ordering was one pizza. I don’t like being mean to people at their jobs but they didn’t understand anything I was saying and it puts up a bit of a barrier when ordering something. I never even leave bad reviews but I was genuinely so mad but I tried not to show it. I’m sure the food tasted great but I never got the chance to eat it.

What could be better than dominos for the quickie meal at a budget. Had the garlic bread knots and pasta. The veg pasta was average and the garlic bread was out of the world tasty.

This location suddenly stopped delivering to our neighborhood. Apparently the new manager shrunk the delivery radius thereby making the decision to deny many customers what was part of their normal routine. We are less than 10 min away. We were very regular customers. Such a disappointment. Big Daddy’s still delivers! They’ll have all of our delivered pizza business now. Thank you BD.

Oh, Domino’s, you’ve truly outdone yourselves! Ordered a pizza, eagerly awaited Stephen’s grand delivery in his fancy new wheels (nice ride, Steph!), only to get a notification that my pizza was “delivered”… to Narnia, apparently, because it never reached my door. Seems like Stephen’s got a side hustle marking orders as delivered to keep those service stats shiny while leaving us pizza-less. 1.5 hours later, still no pizza, and the store’s response? A shrug so epic it deserves its own Yelp page. Domino’s, you’re making it real easy to fall in love with literally any other pizza joint. Keep the change, and maybe invest in a GPS for Stephen. ✈️
