I haven’t had Murphys in a long time so I decided to order it online and pick up to speed up my time to get home. That didn’t work too well. I arrived 15 minutes after I ordered it. Showed up to a packed group of people, about 8 or so. I checked the online order pick up shelf and did not see my order. So I waited as people ahead of me eventually received their food. During that time a few more people came in and ordered at the counter. The girl making the pizzas brought a few online orders over to the shelf during this time. None of mine.
Eventually all the people ahead of me were gone and a guy that ordered at the register received his food and walked out. At that point one of the 5 workers asked me what the name for my order was, I replied with my name and he turned around and pulled it out of a fridge behind the register.
Maybe if I order it again I’ll ask them if they placed it on the online order shelf by the door or if they kept it in the fridge behind the register and not stand around for 28 minutes.

This particular franchise never fails to disappoint,. The quality in the ingredients isn’t the issue, it is the quality and consistency how the pizza is put together (training issue). Not stretching the crust back out before building the pizza (since they contract when refrigerated over time,), haphazardly throwing the ingredients on, not evenly spreading out the sauce etc.! This pizza, most of the ingredients were pilled in the middle, sauce was 2″ from the edge of the crust (that wasn’t stretched back out!). this is an employee training issue, this pizza was put together by a high school girl, the other pizza that was “better”, was put together by an older male!
Charge customers after the pizza is built, not before, especially if you expect me to leave a tip for carry-out !! It sucks this place is so close, I wish I lived closer to the Blaine Papa Murphy’s off of County 10 !

Pizza is great but they always clean up and close early. I’ve tried many times getting a pizza 10 to 15 minutes before 8pm and the door is locked and people standing inside. Husband tried going tonight at 7:35pm and they had already put everything away. He asked if they were still open and said that he looked around at everything put away and he walked out. Really bummed that we can’t get a pizza here between 730 and 8pm. We have kids in sports and life gets busy. Guess we will look elsewhere.

Used to be good now ingredients don’t even cover crust now even with extra cheese. Have to scrape pieces off baking sheet with a metal spatula Giant air bubbles in crust blow up and eats giant chunks of the pizza. Sorry to see quality gone so far down hill. Used to get a pizza 1once a week for years. Picture: Paid for extra cheese, extra topping cheese got extra air bubbles instead

Ordered off the app, pizza’s were ready on time, the sauce, toppings and cheese were evenly spread which is important for a take and bake. Though, face to face service really wasn’t needed since the pizza’s were ready and waiting, they did take the time to greet and thank me!

Asked numerous times how much longer for my order and they kept saying 10mins. Then I asked be realistic guys I have been here since 4:00 waiting on a 3:58 order…. Answer was probably another 30min. They had a pile of 100 orders to be picked up that weren’t even started yet and people just piling in the store. They need a way for customers to cancel the order. I would’ve gone to Dominos instead if I could’ve canceled. Nobody should allow online ordering if they are an 90 minutes behind on pickup orders. I feel bad for delivery drivers trying to get there orders to there customers. What a joke.
