Customer service sucks. Couldn’t even talk to an actually human, I ordered a pizza and garlic bread the robot said okay and repeated the order than when I got there to pay they told me they don’t get the order of garlic bread and that it would be a 25-35 min wait for it to order again. Ordered from here regularly, but after today, no more. The pizza came with uneven cheese—two slices had little to no cheese, only white sauce (Alfredo). I called to give my feedback since I spent $30 on this mediocre pizza. The manager, Red, spent 10 minutes arguing why I was wrong and he was right, instead of just addressing the issue. Believe it or not, he said Alfredo sauce has a cheese ingredients in it, so that justified less mozzarella. Absolutely terrible customer service. If this is how they treat regulars, I’ll be taking my business elsewhere.

Place deserves zero stars. The website wouldn’t take my order. Walked in and after 5 minutes with no one else in the store someone came to “help”. I asked the employee about the $7.99/pizza coupon/ order I was trying to place, he said it was online only. I still had the website open to show him it wasnt accepting the order. Said nothing he can do about it, online only. I asked to speak to the manager, he said he was the manager… dude was super rude and wearing his headphones, professional huh?Wouldnt honor the promotion or override the price, despite the fact that its their website “malfunctioning”. So instead the $7.99 pizzas would have been roughly double. Talk about a bait and switch. Laughable. I haven’t had dominos in years, probably never will again after this experience.

This location overcharged me in what I believe was deliberate by a female employee on 11/15. I placed on online order the night before with my order confirmation at $157. This employee called me the day of and stated that my order was declined by my credit card. This was weird since I have all of my payment info auto saved in my web browser. Anyway, I gave the info again over the phone (mistake) and when I looked at my statement, I was charged $172 for the same order. My bad for giving my info over the phone which is something I normally wouldn’t do, but I was busy at work when they called about the issue and was in a hurry to get the situation resolved and make sure my order was ready for an event. Anyway, I don’t believe this was a mistake considering I was already suspicious of the claim that my credit card was initially declined.

Pizzas came out very nicely and were still hot, despite picking them up 15 minutes after scheduled pick up time. They were also very budget friendly with a coupon in the app.
Staff were kind and greeted customers walking through the door. Was able to complete the transaction without delay.
