I ordered the Gulab Jamun Bunt cake for my mother’s birthday. It looked like it belonged in a magazine. It was glazed then topped with flowers. The cake was soft and moist. You really can taste the Gulab Jamun flavor in the cake. It wasn’t overly sweet which made it enjoyable to eat.
A few weeks later, my wife ordered a Malai Tres Leches cake as a surprise. She also got a quart of the BruTella Ice Cream. The cake was perfect. Nicely soaked in the milk sauce. Again, not overwhelmingly sweet. The ice cream was absolutely delicious. The flavor of coffee and Nutella with nuts was an amazing combination. I am looking forward to trying all her unique dessert options!

I bought an ice cream sampler pack, which was 5 different flavors, Mercy gave me an extra one to try.. ALL FLAVORS were beyond yummy. I can’t even pick a favorite. I finished 3 out of the 6 in a day.. didn’t even make it for pictures. Definitely delicious and can’t wait to try all flavors and more again!!!

If you want great succulent deserts or treats, Mersinspired is the place to get them. For the Valentine’s Day speacial, I ordered the Mango Lassi Donuts. The flavor and the moistness was perfect. It is more than you can imagine. You can tell that passion and attention to detail was taken into consideration.

Mercy did an amazing job with my donut order! When I asked if she had any dairy-free donuts, she offered to customize her gulab jamun donuts, and she was communicative and thoughtful throughout the entire process. It can be hard to find dairy-free treats that taste just as good as the “regular” version, but her donuts were absolutely delicious! The flavors were just as described, and my family ate them up so quickly (with everyone coming back for seconds!). I can’t wait to place my next order with Mersinspired – highly recommend.

For a modest gathering, we had ordered the renowned “Gulab Jamun” and “Mango Lassi” donuts from MersInspired bakery. Every bite of the donuts was utterly adored by our guests.
Mercy was incredibly accommodating with our large order, and I was quite impressed with her attention to detail. Every item was exquisitely displayed, and it was clear that much care had been taken in the setup. I heartily endorse this bakery to anyone looking for delectable baked goodies and welcoming service. They obviously enjoy what they do very much, and it is evident in every facet of the company. I can’t wait to return and sample more of their delectable offerings!
