My son was getting his sandwich made by a male worker when another customer walked in. A female worker then greeted him and took his order… she didn’t even ask if I had been helped. The other customer was cashed out and eating before anyone started on my sandwich.

Friendly staff. Sadly the management must be horrible. I had to ask for a key chained to a padlock to use the restroom. Very offensive to me as a customer. Also no barbeque sauce!! Crazy. Again the two ladies working here were very nice. They get the star. Must be a management issue. Management gets to 4 no stars!!

I went in there today to get food and I’m a regular mind you and I stood there while the owner helped the girl that he was helping which was fine there was another walking around with a headset on and instead of helping at all she basically ignored me until somebody pulled into the drive-thru and then the person in the Drive-Thru got all of their food and was helped and gone and I still hadn’t been helped yet this is horrible customer service this is unacceptable treatment and I’m just not going to go back to that one it’s really sad that they actually treat people this way

The cashier was pretty chintzy with the toppings for my sub. I’d say more pickles and on would go 2-3 more pickles. I guess I got what I asked for. But the sub was good.

We ordered our usual subs, expecting the the quality that were accustomed to, but was surprised to find two giant loaves of bread, with barely any meat, and toppings that was thrown at the sandwich. Does not live up to the standards of most subways.
