Ordered an everything bagel with plain cream cheese and a small coffee. Coffee station has all the usuals of a NYC bagel place. Bagel was fresh, likely baked this morning. Cream cheese is standard probably from Costco or other major NY major distributor. Coffee tasted fresh likely brewed in the past hour and a half. Staff was quick, attentive, and nice; took about 5 minutes or less with approximately 5 other people waiting for orders for my bagel to be handed to me. Overall, taste of bagel and coffee were good. I would come back and order more bagels with cream cheese.

I’ve given this place more than enough chances, but I’ve had the same issue three separate times. I ordered a whole wheat wrap with 3 scrambled eggs, sausage, hashbrown, onions, and peppers—and each time, they forgot the sausage, which is the main component of the sandwich.
This third time, the sandwich cost $18.61, and they still left out the sausage. The second time it happened, they refused to believe they messed up, so this time I took pictures as proof. When I called, the manager Luis said he could only credit me for the sausage, despite this being the third time they’ve gotten it wrong.
That’s incredibly frustrating. For nearly $20, I expect to get what I paid for—and at the very least, better customer service. I can’t recommend this place. They consistently mess up orders and don’t take real accountability when they do.

I really liked their bagels, but their cream cheese is a little funky. I ordered six bagels and they give you one for free which was nice, and half a pound of cream cheese. The cream cheese tastes like dirt, legit soil. i don’t understand it, but it does ♀️ so unfortunately I’m going to have to go elsewhere.

Came here thinking it was still Brendel’s. First tried calling in the order, but gave up when the person who answered had trouble understanding me when I asked for a salt bagel and a flat..It took them a long time to put my order together which was oatmeal, 3 bagels, and a side of bacon. I’m glad I checked the order before I walked out because it was not correct. The bagels were just okay, the oatmeal consistency was not good. The strawberries and blueberries from the fruit that came with it were good but the banana was over ripe and brown so it was not appealing. The bacon was undercooked. There are way too many excellent bagel stores, with good service and appetizing food to come here again.
