I came here because I live in W.C. and I’ve been trying to find a vietnamese spot that reminds me of home. I woke up so hungry this morning and came here, ordered a Vietnamese coffee and com thit ga (chicken and rice) and it was so yummy. The food was so delicious, the waiter was kind, and my tummy is full and happy lol! I’m coming back!!!! Please check it out! I mean look at the portion size!!!!

the ONLY Vietnamese restaurant in Coatesville, PA so I had to try it. not looking to eat in due to still working so wanted something quick.

ordered the grilled pork banh mi and a Vietnamese iced coffee. the grilled pork was very flavorful. reminded me of an old restaurant in Jersey I used to frequently go. I did not enjoyed their pickled carrots & daikons. perhaps too much vinegar? not enough sweet & sour balance and shredded too thinly to be unable to produced a crunch. bread also wasn’t the freshest and not your French baguette style; American/Italian roll.

the star of the show was the Vietnamese iced coffee. I yearn for a great, authentic one and this came very closed. rich, thick, and you can taste the condensed milk. I’d come back to try this itself!

it was empty so the service was quick and friendly. the gentleman was delightful and greeted me immediately. makes you wanna come back, which I shall to try their sit in items.

A good Vietnamese restaurant to have nearby without having to go into Philly. I had the pho with brisket. It was flavorful. Also got the avocado shake, not a big fan of that since they use real avocado. Taste like a powder mix. They had one server there when we went on Friday night. He was making too much noise cleaning up the other tables.

I have only had takeout, like a million times, because I absolutely LOVE their pho!! It’s just the most delicious I have ever had!!! I can have their pho EVERY DAYYY!!! Pho now is my comfort food when I feel sick as well! Also the portion is pretty big! The people at the cashier are not that nice, but it’s okay… not a big deal. I LOVE THIS PHO!

Update (Feb 12): I was instructed to come to the restaurant to provide them with a receipt for a refund. I came to the restaurant with an optimistic perspective with the receipt and was told I was wrong. I was told I should have ordered better. I was denied a refund even though, the manager’s response says “We never charge you $5 for extra noodles, only $3. Bring back your receipt to us. If it is real $5, we will pay you back $50 for that.” Then I was told they would give me one item of food and told me to delete my Google review. I felt so disrespected, invaluable and unheard. I was their customer for years and instead of feeling valued, I felt dismissed. I don’t want to spend my money in a place that argues with customers if they express an experience.” A simple ” We sincerely apologize for what has happened, we do not know what occurred however this is not a reflection of our business, let’s resolve this together.” Instead I drove 8 miles to be told, next time, one plate of food on us and delete the review.

Update (Feb 6): Since they are saying I didn’t indicate I was allergic to nuts, I’ve added the receipt, that indicates it four times. I also attached the adjustment price of $5.00 thats they stated I was only charged for $3.00. I didn’t even want to do this, but saying that I was lying about listing my allergies and lying about a charge…here are ALL the receipts.

My food came in cold, then I got an allergy reaction after telling them I was allergic to nuts. There was also a sticky substance like honey all over each container, we didn’t even order anything that called for it (pho, rice and pork chops). I have been ordering then for a year with a decent standard. Then we were charged $5 for extra noodles, which was a teaspoon more of what we usually get. Spending $40 and not being 100% comfortable eating the food is not what I wanted to experience after I wanted to treat myself to Vietnamese food. That is my last order.

We went with great expections but returned with great disappointment. First of all the guy at the register was unwelcoming. I didn’t feel the warmth in his behavior. So I wont waste my time for a detailed review:
1. The entrance was dirty. Check pictures
2. Fried rice- nothing fried about fried rice. No seasoning, fully blunt with age old smelly chicken.
3. Salt & Pepper Seasoned Chicken- they call it house special. Its a total disaster, some deep fried chicken which was chewy and old. No hint of salt or pepper.
4. Pho with grilled chicken- Its a terrible idea. The pho was seperate and the grilled chicken was seperate. Tasted very sweet. It felt undercooked as well.

We could not eat it all. Packed it just to trash it. On top of it EVERYTHING WAS OVERPRICED!!!

Glad I found this place. Great Vietnamese restaurant in the area with authentic taste and good variety of dishes. Reasonably priced, prompt service. My order was the grilled pork chop and rice with egg, which will not disappoint!

I went here a few months ago on a holiday and it went smoothly. It was pretty much empty so service was fast. Pho was great and full of flavor! Interacting with the server was a little awkward but not rude. Would come again.

We stopped in at Pho Now while we were in town for a futsal tournament. My son was really excited to get a banh mi, but we were told it was to-go only because it “takes a long time to make,” which was disappointing since we were dining in.

I asked the server for food suggestions because we already had two pho orders and wanted to try something different. Unfortunately, his only response was simply “pho,” which wasn’t very helpful.

The food itself was fine, but the service really took away from the experience. The server seemed uninterested and came across as if he didn’t want to be there. Some additional customer service training or encouragement would go a long way in improving the overall experience.
